The Phoenix Suns have been the NBA’s worst team over the past four seasons. Though they hit on a pair of Lottery picks in Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton, they’re still going through the dog days of their rebuild. An aggressive offseason saw them sign Ricky Rubio and Aron Baynes as well as trading for Dario Saric.

Here are the key odds available and how you should bet them:

Suns Win-Total Betting

The Line: 27.5 with SugarHouse

The Suns are averaging 21.8 wins over the last four seasons, and haven’t won more than 24 in any of them. But the offseason additions of Rubio, Saric and Aron Baynes give them stability at the point guard and legitimate frontcourt depth. Booker, Ayton and Mikal Bridges should both make significant jumps, pushing this team to the 30-win mark.

The Bet: We like them to go over for the first time in six seasons.

Suns Pacific Division Odds

The Line: +25000 with 888sport

Making matters worse for one of the youngest teams in the league is that they play in arguably basketball’s best division. The Clippers, Lakers and Warriors will compete for the top spot in the West, while the Kings have a legitimate shot at the playoffs. That means the Suns are locked in to 5th place in the Pacific Division.

The Bet: Avoid these odds.

Suns Western Conference Odds

The Line: +25000 with FanDuel

The West is loaded, and the Suns won just 11 conference games last season, the fewest since they won 11 in 2017. Even in a best-case scenario, with the Suns sneaking into the postseason, they’re nowhere close to competing with the big guns.

The Bet: Avoid these odds.

Suns NBA Title Odds

The Line: +50000 with 888sport

The foundation has been set in Phoenix with Booker and Ayton. The Suns have their cornerstones but are still a year away from even considering a playoff berth, let alone title aspirations.

The Bet: Are you kidding? Their league-worst odds aren’t worth considering.

Best Suns Player Prop Bets

The Line: Devin Booker All-Star +300 with PointsBet

There have been 36 instances since 1992 of a player averaging at least 26 points and 6 assists in a season. Last season, Booker became the first of those 36 players to not be named an All-Star. In reality, he’s been snubbed each of the last two seasons. That won’t be the case in 2020.

The Bet: Bet on Booker. His numbers will improve across the board and the Suns will be good enough to give him his first All-Star nod.
