The 2015 Rugby World Cup lasts from 18 September to 31 October, and punters can see all 48 matches live on ITV or ITV4!

England are hosting the 2015 Rugby World Cup at a dozen stadiums around the country, plus Wales’ Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, with the best 20 teams in the world from this sport in action this autumn. Here at Bookies.com, we’re providing punters with all the key dates for your diary.

Hosts England, top-price 9/2 second-favourites to triumph with Betway, open the tournament on Friday 18th September as they face Fiji at Twickenham with a 20:00 BST kick-off time.

Drawn in Pool A, which also contains Six Nations foes Wales and old enemy Australia (not forgetting Uruguay too), Stuart Lancaster’s side have a tough group to get through.

Only the top two advance to the quarter-finals, so England’s important encounters also come at Twickenham where they are at home to the Welsh (26th September, 20:00) and then the Aussies (3rd October, 20:00).

South Africa, Scotland and Samoa are the main candidates to progress from Pool B, and the Springboks battle the Scots close to their border at St James’ Park in Newcastle on 3rd October (16:45 kick-off). The USA and Japan complete this group.

Tournament favourites New Zealand (with their best bet price at Betway) should make plain sailing through Pool C, which also contains ever-improving Argentina, Georgia, Namibia and Tonga.

France and Six Nations champions Ireland (top-price 9/1 with 888.com to follow up with the World Cup) will fancy their chances of advancing from their group. Their potential top two decider comes in the final match of Pool D at the Millennium Stadium on 11th October.

Regular rivals Italy are joined by Canada and Romania in completing the 20 competing countries at this tournament. The knockout phase begins with the quarter-finals weekend of Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th October, and this followed by the semis a week after.

Four bookies (Betfair, BetVictor, Ladbrokes and Paddy Power) currently make England a best-price 13/8 to reach the Rugby World Cup final on Saturday, 31st October.

ITV will broadcast all 48 matches either on its main channel, or ITV4. Anyone with terrestrial TV can thus enjoy the Rugby World Cup action, and see below for a full schedule:
