Betway will make their Hammers shirt debut for Sunday’s match against Manchester United
West Ham United have just changed their shirt sponsor, with up-and-coming bookmaker Betway striking a deal which will see them feature on the front of the Hammers shirts for the rest of the season and beyond.
Betway have already made a recent splash with their announcement to sponsor the Queen Mother Champion Chase at the Cheltenham Festival, while the operator also sponsor the Premier League Darts.
This latest deal further cements the Betway brand in the UK and demonstrates their commitment to the competitive UK market, with former sponsor Alpari going out of business in January 2015.
“Betway are relighted to announce a long term partnership with West Ham United which will see us become the Club’s new principal sponsor” the firm said on their social media channel on Friday morning.
Betway are one of the fastest-growing bookmakers in the UK, with the operator having recently added UK and Irish horse racing to their range of sports and they also go Best Odds Guaranteed when it comes to racing.
Their marketing budget seemingly knows no boundaries as they enter the second year of a three-year deal to back the Premier League Darts and their range of sports and markets reflects a growing consumer demand.
