Premier League Darts score predictions Week 15

Chizzy MVG

It's the last week of regular PL Darts season before play-offs, and all the stars are set to enjoy the night with places already confirmed

The prestigious Premier League Darts event is set to come to a close, as the regular season enters its last week, so we predict scorelines for the four remaining fixtures which will take place in Brighton.

Michael van Gerwen, Dave Chisnall, Gary Anderson and Raymond van Barneveld have already confirmed their place in the play-offs at the O2 Arena, so Week 15 will be an occasion when the stars can enjoy the last night.

Here are our predicted scorelines for the calm before the storm next week…

Phil Taylor v James Wade
Two former champions of this competition take their place on the oche to open the evening, but will be playing for pride and place rather than a top four berth, as both are now out of contention.

Both Taylor, who has failed to reach the finals for the first time in his career, and Wade began the season well, but have tailed off in the second half of the tournament. A draw could be on the cards here.

PREDICTION: Taylor 6-6 Wade – 4/1 with William Hill

Raymond van Barneveld v Stephen Bunting
Defending champion Barney once again had to fight back in his last match against Wade, and when the Dutchman gains momentum he is unstoppable as his unbeaten run of seven in the league shows.

He claimed a crucial draw in that match with The Machine to qualify for the play-offs, but might might use this as a rest week against bottom-of-the-table Bunting. Back The Bullet to go out on a high.

PREDICTION: Van Barneveld 3-7 Bunting – 16/1 with

Adrian Lewis v Gary Anderson
The Flying Scotsman thrashed Lewis 7-1 in Week 6, although is in worse form currently than the Englishman.

Jackpot seems to play better when the pressure is off, and is a great price with to triumph 7-4.

PREDICTION: Lewis 7-4 Anderson – 7/1 with

Michael van Gerwen v Dave Chisnall
This will be the fight of the night as the table’s top two battle it out for bragging rights of finishing the regular season first.

Chizzy is just one point behind Mighty Mike, so will need to win in order to leapfrog the Dutchman. This duo also top the league in terms of 180s and checkout percentages, and not much separates them, so back a draw.

PREDICTION: Van Gerwen 6-6 Chisnall – 9/2 with Paddy Power
