Chelsea travel to the King Power and Manchester United head to the Sixfields Stadium hoping to avoid a fourth straight defeat

The English Football League Cup is down to the last thirty-two teams and we have sixteen matches taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Sky Sports cameras head to the King Power on Tuesday night, with Leicester clashing with Chelsea although it’s doubtful that either side will be completely at full strength. Even so, the visitors don’t have European competition this season and that could tilt the balance in their favour.

Other notable matches include Liverpool’s trip to Derby where the Reds are strong favourites and Jurgen Klopp’s side are looking irresistible, having won 5-0 at Burton in the previous round.

Arsenal are away to Nottingham Forest on the same evening and it could mean Nicklas Bendtner facing his former club.

On Wednesday, the Sky Sports cameras will be hoping to capture an upset, with Northampton meeting a Manchester United team who have now experienced three consecutive defeats in all competitions.

QPR will fancy their chances against a struggling Sunderland team, with Southampton clashing with Crystal Palace and Manchester City heading to Swansea ahead of the same two teams meeting in the Premier League this weekend.
