France 4/9 to win 2018 World Cup on Sunday

France strong favourites to overcome Croatia in Moscow

The England World Cup dream is over after the Three Lions were unable to overcome a spirited Croatia team in Wednesday’s semi-final.

It means that the Blazers will line up against France in the 2018 World Cup final, with Les Bleus available at 4/9 with bet365 to claim a second global triumph.

Didier Deschamps’ side look like world champions-elect, with the French having overcome Argentina, Uruguay and Belgium to reach this stage of the competition.

Bet365 go 19/20 that Les Bleus win in normal time, with Kylian Mbappe likely to cause problems against the Croats, while N’Golo Kante, Paul Pogba and Blaise Matuidi will look to control the match from deeper positions.

Nevertheless, Croatia have shown a never-say-die spirit and bet365 offer 7/4 that we see them claim a maiden World Cup title, with the Croats having come from a goal down in each of their past three knockout matches.

Croatia are a lumpy 4/1 to win in normal time although their past three matches have ended all square at the final whistle and perhaps the draw at 11/5 could be the play.

All odds were correct at time of posting.
