Dreams of a Kevin Durant-Kyrie Irving-Zion Williamson trio were dashed this past offseason, and the New York Knicks picked up the pieces by signing a handful of middle-tier free agents. There are a handful of young pieces that will get the chance to flourish with major minutes, but the Knicks’ outlook is bleak after an offseason that fizzled before it even began.

Here’s the key odds available and how you should bet them:

Knicks Win-Total Betting

The Line: 27.5 with SugarHouse

It won’t be easy acclimating eight new pieces into the rotation, and if early losses pile up the Knicks won’t be shy in hitting the tank button late in the season. There’s more talent on the roster than a year ago, but it’s tough to see them getting past the low 20s win total.

The Bet: We’ll take the under here.

Knicks Atlantic Division Odds

The Line: +2500 with DraftKings

The 76ers are title contenders, and the Celtics and Nets aren’t far behind. The Raptors still have plenty left in the post-Kawhi era. The Knicks? They’ll need a miracle to finish anywhere other than fifth in this division.

The Bet: Even these long odds aren’t worth taking.

Knicks Eastern Conference Odds

The Line: +20000 with FanDuel

The Knicks and Cavaliers have the worst odds to win the Eastern Conference. A best-case scenario for the Knicks is winning 30-something games, meaning they’ll fall well short of a playoff berth. They won’t come close to contending.

The Bet: Avoid these odds.

Knicks NBA Title Odds

The Line: +50000 with 888sport

A core of Kawhi Leonard, Irving and Williamson would have had a shot to contend for a title, but the current makeup of the roster is nowhere close to competing.

The Bet: The Knicks have the worst title odds in the NBA for a reason. Stay away.

Best Knicks Player Prop Bets

The Line: R.J. Barrett Rookie of the Year +500 with PointsBet

Williamson will be tough to beat, but don’t overlook what Barrett did in the Las Vegas Summer League. He’s going to get all he can handle as a rookie, and raw numbers matter in the Rookie of the Year voting.

The Bet: Barrett’s odds wouldn’t be this long any other year (the Zion Effect). That makes him good value at +500.
