The Texans (9-5) can clinch a playoff berth with a win at the red-hot Buccaneers (7-7), who have won four in a row; the Patriots (11-3) host the Bills (10-4) in an AFC East showdown rife with postseason intrigue; and the 49ers (11-3) look to stay alive for a top seed in the NFC as they host the desperate Rams (8-6).

All odds current as of publication but subject to change. Check out the latest Texans-Buccaneers odds here.
PICK 1: Over 50.5 Points
When the Bucs play, points are scored. Their last seven games have averaged 58 ppg. The Over is 11-1 in their last 12 games and has hit in the last five at home. Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkins should find success against Tampa’s porous pass defense. The Over has hit in eight of the Texans’ last 10 games when they’re road favorites.
PICK 2: First Quarter — Buccaneers ML
Tampa Bay has been one of the top first-quarter scoring teams in the NFL all season, but the last three weeks it’s averaging more than 14 ppg. The Texans, for all their offensive prowess, rank dead-last in first-quarter scoring.
PICK 3: First Turnover — Texans
It’s always among the first things brought up about Jameis Winston’s struggles: He’s the NFL leader in INTs. But Watson has thrown his share of picks and is one off the NFL lead in fumbles. The Bucs’ defense has forced 25 turnovers compared to 17 for the Texans.

OTHER BETS TO BACK
- First Quarter | Patriots -0.5 +115 (William Hill)
All odds current as of publication but subject to change. Check out the latest Bills-Patriots odds here.
PICK 1: Bills +6.5
The Bills are playing well and winning. They’re 7-0-1 against the spread in their last eight road games and on a 6-1-1 ATS run as an underdog. The Patriots are not playing well and are just 1-5 against the spread against above-.500 teams. The Bills figured out Tom Brady back when Brady was crushing defenses. I don’t expect either team to light up the scoreboard. Look for a final-drive victory for one side.
PICK 2: Under 38.5 Points
These teams have the No. 1 and No. 3 defenses in the NFL. The Patriots averaged 17 ppg the last four weeks before Sunday’s win over the hapless Bengals, and even then it was the defense that dominated, not the offense. Buffalo’s last four games have averaged 33 total points.
PICK 3: First Quarter — Patriots -0.5
In six games at home, the Patriots have allowed six points in the first quarter. That’s it. Meanwhile, the Pats also average 7.9 ppg in the opening quarter, most of any quarter for them. The Bills haven’t scored a first-quarter point of any kind in three weeks and hasn’t had a first-quarter TD in six weeks.
Rams-49ers Best BetsPick Expired
OTHER BETS TO BACK
All odds current as of publication but subject to change. Check out the latest Rams-49ers odds here.
PICK 1: 49ers -6.5
The Rams were embarrassed by the Cowboys last week. Now they need wins and help to get into the playoffs. But the Niners are playing for a lot, too. They handled the Rams in L.A. earlier this year and we’re getting value following last week’s surprising loss to the Falcons.
The Rams’ six losses have been by an average of 16 ppg – when they fall, they fall hard. The Niners are 5-1 against the spread against above-.500 teams and 6-2 in their last eight against these Rams.
PICK 2: Fourth Quarter — Over 11.5 Points
The teams combine to score 14 ppg in the fourth quarter of games. It’s also the highest-scoring quarter for opponents of both teams, a number that’s averaged 19.4 ppg the last three weeks.
PICK 3: Score in Every Quarter — 49ers
San Francisco averages between 6.6 and 7.9 points in each of the four quarters. Baltimore is the only other team to boast that feat. The 49ers have scored in all four quarters six times this season. Two of the three playoff-level teams the Rams have faced on the road managed points did so as well.
