Rowett heavily backed to become the new Stoke manager, with Paul Lambert having recently left the bet365 Stadium
Stoke City are among the many clubs searching for a new manager, with the Coates family deciding to part company with Paul Lambert following the Potters’ relegation from the Premier League.
Gary Rowett has emerged as the 1/3 favourite to take charge at the bet365 Stadium, with the current Derby County manager potentially making the switch from Pride Park after a successful season with the Rams.
Rowett has previously managed Birmingham City in the Championship and this season steered Derby to sixth place before Fulham narrowly beat them 2-1 in the play-offs.
BetVictor think he’s heavily likely to take charge at the bet365 Stadium, with David Moyes trading as the 6/1 second favourite after parting company with West Ham recently.
Mick McCarthy is an 8/1 chance although the former Ipswich manager might not be the dynamic manager that Stoke are after, with Nigel Pearson chalked up at 16/1.
