Premier League fixtures and preview – 15/16/17 September

Burnley's Chris Wood after scoring his side's first goal of the game

We have a Super Sunday to enjoy including a London derby between Chelsea and Arsenal

The games are coming thick and fast during September, with Premier League Game Week 5 offering up some mouth-watering matches and that includes Sunday’s tussle between Chelsea and Arsenal.

The Gunners were woeful at Anfield recently when losing 4-0 although they have since triumphed against Bournemouth. However, the Blues are fresh from hammering Qarabag in the Champions League.

The action begins on Friday night when Bournemouth look to get their first point(s) then tackling a Brighton side fresh from landing their first top flight win when beating West Brom.

On Saturday, we have Roy Hodgson taking charge of Crystal Palace for the first time and he has a winnable match against a Southampton side who have been largely poor so far this season.

We also like Leicester’s chances of winning at the John Smith’s Stadium, with the Foxes having acquitted themselves well against some top-class opponents and it appears that Huddersfield have limitations.

Burnley travel to Anfield, while Newcastle tackle a Stoke City side and both sides appear to be in good nick . Meanwhile, Manchester City head to Vicarage Road to face a Watford side who are unbeaten after four games but yet to win at home.

Spurs face Swansea City on Saturday teatime, while Sunday’s matches look exciting and include the clash between Chelsea and Arsenal at Stamford Bridge. Later that day, Romelu Lukaku and Wayne Rooney face their old teams and Manchester United are strong favourites to beat Everton.
