We look for two hot teams in the Cardinals and A’s to continue to play excellent ball. Also, the Diamondbacks get a struggling Padres team, and the Rockies as large underdogs in Los Angeles Sunday is worthy of a real look.

Today's Best MLB Bets
PICK 1: Cardinals Moneyline
Another day at the office with the Cubs favored at home when they should not be favored. We have seen this story over and over, and the Cards continue to cash as underdogs in this series as they increase their division lead. The Cubs ate up a lot of their bullpen arms Saturday, including Craig Kimbrel. St. Louis as an underdog is just a smart bet once again.
PICK 2: Diamondbacks Moneyline
Robbie Ray takes the mound at Petco Park and is coming off an excellent start. Garrett Richards goes for the Padres and is not much to fear. I believe the Diamondbacks will continue a good weekend series and finish off the struggling Padres, who just lost their manager. This team is in vacation mode with a lack of leadership and stability.
PICK 3: A’s Moneyline
The A’s are on a mission right now, and it is great to see the small market gem continuing to compete at a high level. The Rangers remain an automatic fade against good teams. The A’s know how important home field will be in the wild-card game and need to stack up wins against bad teams to keep that in play. I like how Tanner Roark has been locating his pitches lately, too.
PICK 4: Rockies Moneylines
This is worth a shot. The Rockies beat the Dodgers and Walker Buehler on Saturday as a huge underdog. Why not Sunday against Hyun-Yun Ryu, who has not pitched well lately. His decline has been a draining one for the Dodgers. The Rockies have a shot here against the lefty, as they have hit him very well this season.
