Today's Best MLB Bets
PICK 1: A's Run Line
The A’s deserve more than a huge underdog right now vs any team. Homer Bailey takes the mound today vs Gerrit Cole. The A’s are now 6 games back of Houston for first place. This is a huge series for the A’s to gain some ground.
Oakland has been outstanding with an 8-2 record the last 10 games. Both teams are playing well right now but to get a hot team on the +1.5 runline at plus money is extreme value.
PICK 2: Cubs Moneyline
Is it safe to say the Giants offense is slowing down finally? They were dominant for a month with a bunch of no names and playing well above their head. They still managed to take 3 of 4 from the Mets but in low scoring fashion.
I am not sure they will get away with that against a very good Cubs teams. It is not every day you will get the Cubs at their peak vs the Giant as a short favorite. The Giants just played 49 innings in 4 days and get no rest today. Taxed bullpen and fatigue will show this series.
PICK 3: Rangers Moneyline
Sharps hit this one right away driving the line down from +120 to +113 for the Rangers. I agree with the early movement and think there is some value on Texas. This is likely due to their poor play lately going 3-7 last 10 games.
However the Mariners are as bad as anyone right now. They have lost 8 of the last 10 games, in last place in the American League West and somehow become favorites vs an above .500 Texas team.
PICK 4: Orioles Run Line
Believe it or not the Orioles are playing some competitive baseball right now. They shut out the Red Sox yesterday 5-0 and have scored 22 runs in the last 3 days. Their pitching has been much better as of late.
To get this much of an underdog vs an average D-backs team with Robbie Ray on the mound who still cannot seem to locate his pitches well seems too good.
