Chelsea are grinding out a Premier League title win, with Arsenal supporters subjecting the team to “boring” taunts following Sunday’s goalless draw at the Emirates Stadium.

Jose Mourinho retorted that it’s boring not to win the league for ten seasons and his pragmatic approach will not bother the supporters who attend an open-top bus parade in a few short weeks, with the title effectively in the bag now.

With regard to Tuesday’s trip to the King Power Stadium, Mourinho won’t be looking to play an expansive style of football against a team with plenty of momentum following a set of positive results which has given them a wonderful chance of staying in the top flight.

It has appeared for much of the season that Leicester would be getting relegated although Saturday’s 1-0 win at Turf Moor means it is now four wins on the bounce for Nigel Pearson’s team and they will fancy their chances of an upset in this match.

A victory would take them four points clear of the drop zone and the team’s tactics are actually similar to that of Chelsea. Keep things tight at the back and wait for opportunities to present themselves.

It all amounts to a cagey game of football on Tuesday night and a draw wouldn’t be a bad outcome for either side. Chelsea are hamstrung by the absence of Diego Costa and Loic Remy while Leicester won’t be pouring forward in numbers against a side deadly on the counter-attack.
