Betting Tip: @ Next Destination @ 2/1 with coral

Willie Mullins’ NEXT DESTINATION is the clear form choice in the 3m Irish Daily Mirror Novice Hurdle (4:55), the other Grade 1 on the card, having finished third in the Ballymore at the Cheltenham Festival behind Samcro and Black Op, who has since won a Grade 1 at Aintree. Having been briefly off the bridle and outpaced in the middle part of the race, the six-year-old was flying home best of all and the extra three furlongs of this race should be right up his street.

He’s favourite, mind, with Coral going a best price of 2/1, and Kilbricken Storm, who would have won the Albert Bartlett a bit easier had he not hung left up the final climb, is respected. However, Mullins knows what it takes to win this, having won three of the last six renewals, and his first-string (he’s also represented by Ballyward and Brahma Bull) can get the job done and provide him with some much needed prize money.
