Tottenham Hotspur have had a typically frustrating season. Losing in the Capital One Cup final to Chelsea was as close as they came to silverware, with a Europa League campaign ending abruptly and Spurs have rarely troubled the top four of the Premier League.

For many supporters, the jury is still out on Mauricio Pochettino who has relied on the scoring feats of Harry Kane a great deal this term, with the manager taking a while to give the England striker a run of games in the team.

The Argentine returns to his old stomping ground on Saturday and Tottenham will be looking to complete a league double over Southampton, having narrowly beaten them 1-0 at White Hart Lane.

This match has the look of another tight contest and it could be worth backing No Goalscorer considering both defences are pretty steady, although we’re happy to board the draw bus instead.

Southampton have won ten of their seventeen matches at St Mary’s so they are far from home bankers and three wins from the last nine games don’t fill you with a lot of confidence. One thing to note, though, is that the Saints have kept four clean sheets on the bounce at home.
