It’s fair to say that Belgium have one of the best squads at the 2018 World Cup, with the Red Devils coming into the tournament after reaching the last eight of the previous tournament before getting to the last four of Euro 2016.

Despite this semi-final showing, Marc Wilmots has made way for Roberto Martinez and he is now tasked with steering the Belgians to the latter stage of this tournament.

The Spaniard has really landed on his feet with this role and he’s recruited Thierry Henry to help him with coaching duties meaning that the players can draw inspiration from one of the true greats to play the game.

Belgium don’t have a lot to beat when it comes to Group G and they’ll begin the tournament by playing Panama before going up against Tunisia.

They then play England in what might be a decider to determine who wins the section, although the Three Lions have been known to be wobbly against supposedly lesser opposition.

At odds of 10/11, it’s hard to pass up the opportunity to back Belgium to win this group and England won’t be too fazed by finishing second considering that both sides will then play teams from an open looking Group H.

Tunisia look like possibly the weakest team from Africa and the same can be said of Panama from the CONCACAF section, with Belgium’s attacking approach likely to reap some dividends.

Kevin de Bruyne has been arguably the best player in the Premier League over the past twelve months, with Eden Hazard having previously been voted the best operator in the division.

They are strong in all departments and there are too many question marks over England which means that we can back Belgium with a degree of confidence.
