Player props. The books move spreads and totals fast, but props still offer exploitable edges if you dig into usage rates, pace of play, and situational data. That's where I spend most of my research time and where I've found the most consistent value.

Any sport I don't follow closely enough to have a real edge. Odds can look attractive on paper, but betting blind is how bankrolls disappear. If I can't back a pick with actual research, I'm passing every time.

Value over volume. One well-researched bet on a line you've studied beats five lazy parlays every time. Patience and discipline are the two most underrated skills in sports betting.
