Caesars Palace Online Casino Review
Caesars Palace Online Casino takes the Las Vegas name online. It launched in August 2023 on a platform Caesars built itself, so it’s one of the newer names among US online casino options.
What sets it apart from other casino apps is Caesars Rewards. Credits you earn online can be redeemed at Caesars properties too, so your spins can go toward things like a hotel stay or a dinner out.
Our Verdict
Who it suits: Slot fans who like the sound of Caesars Rewards perks and can clear 15x in a week.
Who may want to look elsewhere: Table game players. Both bonuses can only be used on select slots, so they won’t help at the blackjack or roulette tables.

Caesars Palace Online Casino Promo Code
Use online casino bonus code BOOKIESLAUNCH to claim the Caesars Palace Online Casino welcome offer: a $10 no deposit bonus, a 100% match up to $1,000 and 2,500 Reward Credits. You shouldn’t need to type the code anywhere, because it’s applied when you click one of our links. Check the field has been filled automatically because you will miss out on the bonus if you don't use the promo code. The offer is for new players in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
How to Claim the Caesars Palace Online Casino Promo Code
All three bonuses run on the same seven days, counted from registration. Follow these six steps:
- Click a Get Promo link on this page. The code BOOKIESLAUNCH is applied for you, so there’s nothing to type.
- Open your account. Register your new online casino account with your details. Caesars needs to confirm you’re 21 or older and in one of the four states. The account isn’t open until identity verification finishes, and the $10 arrives right after.
- Join Caesars Rewards. You need an active membership to get the 2,500 credits, so enroll if registration doesn’t do it for you.
- Play the $10 through once. Wager it one time on eligible online slots within seven days to release it to your cash balance. You’ll need to make a cash deposit before you can withdraw it.
- Make your first deposit. Put in at least $10 and the 100% match, up to $1,000, shows up straight away for select slots. PayNearMe and casino cage deposits don’t count. You’ll need to wager the bonus 15 times on select slots within the seven days.
- Wager $25 or more on casino games within the seven days. The 2,500 Reward Credits turn up in your Rewards account within 30 days.
You don’t have to deposit the full $1,000. The match is 100% of your first deposit, up to that cap, and it only applies to that first deposit. The wagering grows with what you put in, so check the terms below before you pick an amount.

Caesars Palace Online Casino Bonus Terms and Wagering
Here’s how the bonus terms compare, based on Caesars’ full terms.
| Caesars Palace Online Casino | $10 No Deposit Bonus | 100% Deposit Match | 2,500 Reward Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trigger | Opening a verified account | First deposit of $10 or more | $25 or more wagered on casino games |
| Wagering | 1x | 15x the bonus | None |
| Counts On | Select slots | Select slots | Casino games |
| Arrives | After verification | Immediately | Within 30 days |
The rules that catch people out:
- It’s for new players only: 21 or older, your first Caesars account, opened with an eligible code and verified. You need to be an active Caesars Rewards member too.
- In Pennsylvania the offer runs through Dec. 31, 2026. In Michigan, New Jersey and West Virginia it has no end date. Those three states also limit it to one redemption per player, and it can’t be combined with other offers.
- The match covers your first deposit only.
- Bonuses count one at a time, oldest first, and only slots count. Roulette, baccarat, craps and sic bo don’t, and neither does a long list of titles (see the games section).
- Miss the seven-day deadline and you forfeit the bonus, with no partial credit.
- You need a cash deposit before you can withdraw bonus winnings, even from the $10.
What 15x looks like: A $100 deposit needs $1,500 in bets within seven days, and $1,000 needs $15,000. A smaller deposit is much easier to clear. Caesars uses your deposit first, then bonus funds, then winnings from them.
Cancelling: You can cancel a bonus to cash out early, but you forfeit the bonus, its winnings and the part of your deposit you’ve wagered. Deposit $100, lose $50, cancel, and you can withdraw $50.
Caesars Palace Online Casino No Deposit Bonus
Caesars does have a no deposit bonus. Sign up through our links and you get a $10 sign-up bonus as soon as your account is verified, with no deposit needed to receive it. Caesars won’t let you withdraw the $10, or anything you win with it, until you’ve made at least one cash deposit. So treat it as a free test run on the slots to see which ones you might like to play with your own money.
The terms count your bets toward one bonus at a time, starting with the oldest. That means the $10 gets cleared first, and clearing it quickly (it only takes $10 in bets) lets the wagering on the deposit match start counting sooner. The match has a lot more to get through, and the same seven days to do it in.

Is Caesars Palace Online Casino Legit?
Caesars Palace Online Casino is licensed and regulated in each state where it operates. Caesars Entertainment launched it in August 2023, and the company runs more than 50 destinations across the US and Canada. The regulators are:
- Michigan Gaming Control Board
- New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement
- Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
- West Virginia Lottery Commission
You need to be 21 or older and in the state. Caesars checks your identity at sign-up with the last four digits of your Social Security number, and asks for photo ID and a utility bill if that fails. Your account isn’t open until the check clears, which is also when the $10 arrives.
Withdrawal delays are the usual complaint, and they tend to trace back to ID checks. Caesars allows up to 72 hours of internal processing, can ask for extra documents and may refuse a withdrawal within 14 days of a card deposit. Get verified early. If a problem can’t be sorted with Caesars, the Michigan, New Jersey and West Virginia terms let you take it to the state regulator.
Caesars Slots is a different product: a free-to-play social app from Playtika that offers no real money gambling. This page covers the real money casino.

Where Is Caesars Palace Casino Bonus Code Available?
Caesars Palace is live in four states, and you need to be inside one to play for real money. The app checks your location. Online casino gaming is legal in far fewer states than online sports betting: Caesars Sportsbook is live in more than 20, the casino in four.
♠️ Michigan
Caesars Palace is one of the options in Michigan, where the Michigan Gaming Control Board is the regulator. Compare it with the rest of the market on our page for online casinos in Michigan.
♠️ New Jersey
New Jersey has had regulated online casinos since 2013, longer than the other three states here, and the regulator is the Division of Gaming Enforcement. Our guide to online casinos in New Jersey covers the field.
♠️ Pennsylvania
In Pennsylvania, Caesars is affiliated with Harrah’s Philadelphia and answers to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. See how it stacks up against other online casinos in Pennsylvania.
♠️ West Virginia
The West Virginia Lottery Commission regulates Caesars Palace there. Our page for West Virginia online casinos has the other choices.

Caesars Palace Online Casino Games
Slots lead the lobby, with hundreds of titles. Caesars’ games list opens with Triple Coin Treasures Shamrock Fortunes, Cash Eruption, Capital Gains, Hypernova Megaways and 88 Fortunes, and it has classics like Cleopatra, Divine Fortune and Starburst. Caesars-branded slots such as Caesars Cash, Caesars Big Money and Caesars Palace Megaways sit alongside Ca$hline, the first original slot from its in-house studio, Empire Creative, live in New Jersey. For more places to spin, see our guide to online slots and our list of new slot games.
Table games come from IGT and NetEnt, including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold’em, plus Game King video poker and Caesars Palace Slingo. Live dealer tables are listed for New Jersey, including craps and Evolution’s Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette. We cover each game on our pages for online blackjack, online roulette and online baccarat. Jackpot hunters get 88 Fortunes Jackpot Festival and Gold Standard Jackpots, with Mega Jackpots Cleopatra in Michigan. Our page on progressive jackpot slots has more.
Games That Don’t Count Toward Your Bonus
Only slots count toward your bonus, and not all of them. The terms exclude:
- Every roulette, baccarat, craps and sic bo game
- Blood Suckers, Starburst XXXtreme, Twin Spin and Sweet Bonanza 1000
- The Mega Jackpots slots and every Fire Blaze and Mega Fire Blaze slot
- Several Plinko titles, including Plinko and Plinko Go
The list changes and some titles are tagged by state, so check Caesars’ terms for yours.

Software Providers at Caesars
IGT and NetEnt show up right in the game names, and Evolution supplies live shows like Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette. Caesars builds its own slots too, through its Empire Creative studio. The rest of the library comes from other studios, and some titles differ by state.
Caesars Exclusive Games
You’ll find Caesars-branded slots all through the games list: Caesars Cash, Caesars Big Money, Caesars Fortune, Caesars Palace Megaways, Caesars Palace Royale and Caesars Palace Slingo, plus Caesars Palace Frenzy in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Caesars Palace Online Casino Banking and Withdrawals
Caesars no longer accepts credit cards for deposits in the US, and the options you see depend on your state and bank. Open the deposit page and you’ll only see the methods active where you are. Our guide to payment methods covers casino banking in general.
| Method | Deposit | Withdraw | Withdrawal Speed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Debit Card | ✔️ | ✔️ | Many post within an hour once approved |
| PayPal | ✔️ | ✔️ | Usually the same day once approved |

| Play+ Card | ✔️ | ✔️ | Not stated |
| eCheck (ACH) | ✔️ | ✔️ | 1 to 2 business days |

You can deposit cash at Caesars retail locations where available. A few rules to know:
- The minimum is $5 to deposit and $1 to withdraw. The welcome match needs $10, and PayNearMe and cage deposits don’t qualify for it.
- Speeds count from approval. Caesars allows up to 72 hours of internal processing and can ask for extra documents first.
- Michigan’s terms cap deposits and withdrawals at $10,000 a day combined, and let Caesars refuse a withdrawal within 14 days of a card deposit.
- Use the same PayPal account to deposit and withdraw. PayPal only shows up as a withdrawal option after a PayPal deposit.
Caesars Palace Loyalty Program
Caesars Rewards is the best reason to pick Caesars Palace over other casino apps. Every real money wager earns two kinds of credits, and both count across Caesars properties. Reward Credits are your spending money, for bonus cash or bonus spins online and for hotel stays and dining. Tier Credits set your status, and they reset to zero every Jan. 1.
Online, you earn one of each for every $5 wagered on slots or $25 on table games. That means the 2,500 welcome credits equal $12,500 of slot play.
| Tier | Tier Credits Needed | Headline Perk |
|---|---|---|
| Gold | Starting tier | Discounted hotel stays |
| Platinum | 5,000 | Free valet and self-parking at some destinations |
| Diamond | 15,000 | $100 Celebration Dinner and no resort fees |
| Diamond Plus | 25,000 | Complimentary VIP Laurel Lounge access |
| Diamond Elite | 75,000 | $600 airfare to Las Vegas |
| Seven Stars | 150,000 | A VIP host, signature events and a retreat |
Platinum alone takes 5,000 Tier Credits, which is $25,000 of slot wagering, though stays, dining and in-person play earn them too. Our Caesars Rewards guide has the full benefits.
Empire Builder is a monthly meter in the app’s Rewards tab. Online play fills it with Tier Credits, and milestones earn prizes such as bonus cash, bonus spins and sports bonus bets. It resets on the first of the month. You also get a monthly Reward Credit boost based on your tier, which you have to claim yourself at the start of the next month. You need a Caesars Rewards account and a one-time opt-in.
Caesars Palace Casino Current Promo Offers
Caesars changes its promotions often, so what’s live depends on the week and your state. Check the Promotions tab in the app.
- Pick & Win: A daily chance at a casino bonus worth up to $5,000.
- Bonus Spins: Free spins on a set slot at a set stake, handed out for things like logging in or depositing. Winnings go to your bonus balance and carry wagering.
- Deposit Offers: Caesars sends them from time to time. Read the wagering rules first, and see our guide to matched deposit bonuses.
- Refer-a-Friend: Separate from the welcome offer. Your friend deposits $50 or more and wagers $50 or more of it within 90 days, and you both get Bonus Spins within five business days.
Caesars can change or end any promotion. It also bans hedging both sides, multiple accounts and sharing personalized offers.

Caesars Online Casino App
Caesars Palace Online Casino has a free app for iPhone and Android. You can play in a mobile browser too, but the app is where the extras live: the Rewards tab, your Empire Builder meter, the responsible gambling tools and a Support link in the account menu.
On iPhone, the app holds a 4.7 rating from 30,000 ratings on the App Store and needs iOS 17 or later. Some reviewers report glitches and long waits for a live agent, though the ratings are strong overall.
Comparing apps? Our guide to the best mobile betting apps covers the sportsbook side, and our page on casino apps covers casino-only options.
Staying Secure
Caesars texts you a code at your first login, and again on new devices or after a long break. It’s mandatory in New Jersey, and you can switch it on for every login under Account > Preferences > Two-Factor Authentication. If your identity check fails, upload a government photo ID and a utility bill under My Account > Secure Document Upload.
A single win paying 300 times your stake and at least $600 needs a tax claim before it shows in your balance. Caesars notifies you, and you enter the first five digits of your Social Security number. You’ll find it under My Account > History > Tax Reported Prizes.
Caesars Customer Service
Live chat is open 24/7 and is the quickest route. Phone and an online form are there too, plus Support in the app’s account menu. Changing your registered email needs a chat with an agent, and App Store reviewers report waits of 20 to 30 minutes at busy times.
Responsible Gambling at Caesars Palace Online Casino
Find the tools under the profile icon > Responsible Gaming:
- Limits: Set deposit, spending and loss limits by the day, week or month, plus a daily time limit.
- Cool Off: Take a break for 1, 7, 30, 60 or 90 days. You can still log in to withdraw.
- Self-Exclusion: Block your account for up to 60 months. You can’t undo it.
