Chris Hughton saw his Brighton side lose their opening two matches in the Premier League, although the Seagulls were unlucky not to beat ten-man Watford when drawing 0-0 and finally landed three points by beating West Brom on Saturday.

There was an element of flattery about that 3-1 win over the Baggies, with Pascal Gross being in the right place at the right time and Tony Pulis’ side not being at the races from a defensive point-of-view.

Even so, we have seen that Brighton can run a tight ship in most of their matches, with Albion having kept numerous clean sheets in the Championship last term and they’ll be happy to continue their unbeaten ways in this clash.

Five points from five games would represent a decent return and they come up against a Bournemouth side with a fair share of problems right now after a pointless start to the campaign.

The Cherries are floundering after four straight defeats even if two of the matches have been against Manchester City and Arsenal, with Eddie Howe looking dismayed by the fact that his team were so inferior to the Gunners.

With the pressure on Bournemouth to get a result, we’re happy to take the visitors to match their opponents and make it a successful Friday evening.
