Congratulations if you knew all eleven of the players that Jurgen Klopp fielded at St James’ Park in the original tie, with the German opting to use the FA Cup third round encounter as an opportunity for young players to get some experience.

They did him proud, twice coming from behind to get the tie back at Anfield and Liverpool are likely to finish off the job on Wednesday in front of the BT Sport cameras.

However, there wasn’t much between the teams in the original tie, with Adam Bogdan, Jose Enrique and Christian Benteke the only notable players and none of these are first-team regulars right now.

Klopp is unlikely to field too many first-teamers for this clash either, with Liverpool having played in matches against Arsenal and Manchester United recently, while a trip to Norwich on the cards on Saturday.

So do you really want to be backing a bunch of youngsters at 3/10 to beat an Exeter side coming off a 3-1 win at Leyton Orient, especially when they could only draw 1-1 against Carlisle in the League Cup earlier this term?

The answer is clearly not, with the Grecians likely to be inspired by the prospect of playing at Anfield and this is a team who play together every week rather than one sent out for a thankless football match they are expected to win.
