The Poles have never made it beyond the group stage of the European Championships, although that is set to change in 2016 after winning against Northern Ireland before a draw against Germany.

Adam Nawalka will now want his team to land top spot in Group C, something that would give them a last sixteen clash against a third-placed tea, such as Albania, Slovakia or Iceland.

The fact that Ukraine are already out of the tournament means that Poland have every chance of matching the 2-0 victory that Germany enjoyed in their opening game, while Die Mannschaft have to beat Northern Ireland at the same time.

Robert Lewandowski is a class act, with Arkadiusz Milik also impressing thus far and surely there will be goals coming from the duo.

Grzegorz Krychowiak is highly impressive in the midfield department and consecutive clean sheets suggests that the defence is as tight as virtually any other team in this tournament.

As for Ukraine, they have been massively disappointing after a bright first half against Germany where they looked to be matching the world champions.

Although this is a match to nothing for the Ukrainians, there isn’t much motivation for a side already out of the competition, even if this is something of a derby clash against their border rivals.

Poland look worth backing simply to win the match, with their need greater than Ukraine and their quality considerably more impressive.
