Aside from a surprise 4-0 win over Arsenal, the Saints were having a sticky patch which included eight defeats in ten games during November, December and January.

However, it has been four consecutive clean sheets for Ronald Koeman’s side and three of those games have ended in victory, with Southampton winning three on the bounce before a goalless draw at the Emirates.

So we can be fairly sure they will offer a robust defence against a West Ham side missing key personnel in Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho.

Fraser Forster looks like he’s playing himself on to the England plane for Euro 2016, with Virgil Van Dijk and Jose Fonte forming a solid central defensive partnership in front of him.

The Hammers will know the score here. Defend manfully and aim to come away with at least a point, with Slaven Bilic’s side being gift-wrapped the three points on Tuesday when Aston Villa went a man down early on.

Therefore, a low-scoring encounter looks to be on the cards and we’re happy to go really low for this one.
