Mauricio Pochettino saw his Spurs team annihilate Everton on Saturday, the second time they have taken to the road in the Premier League and won this season.

Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane were especially sharp during the 3-0 victory against the Toffees, although home performances at Wembley have been shabbier, with Chelsea winning 2-1 and Burnley claiming a 1-1 draw.

The national stadium is only a temporary home and it was an issue last season when Spurs played their Champions League matches there, with Monaco and Bayer Leverkusen both claiming a win.

Borussia Dortmund are arguably better than the above teams and they’ll be looking forward to their trip to London, having made a robust start to the season in Germany.

After holding Bayern Munich to a 2-2 draw in the Super Cup, they have claimed seven points from three Bundesliga games and are yet to concede a goal.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is still on the books and remains one of the most dangerous marksmen in Europe, while Thomas Tuchel’s side have already scored eleven times this season.

While Tottenham have a strong squad themselves, they’re probably only on a par with their opponents in terms of quality and the fact that the stadium is becoming an issue for the home side means that we’re going to side with Dortmund on the handicap market.
