Vardy-less Foxes set for struggle

Betting Tip: Tottenham -1.00 @ 8/5 with bet365

We’re quite sweet on the chances of Spurs to win this season’s FA Cup and they should have the beating of a Leicester side more focused on a top-four finish this season.

The Foxes aren’t helped by the absence of Jamie Vardy and the bare truth is that Claudio Ranieri’s team would be situated in the bottom half of the table but for their excellent marksman who broke a Premier League record earlier in the season.

Riyad Mahrez has also been outstanding although it might be that the Algerian sits out this clash against a Tottenham team who are also gunning for a top-four finish and perhaps even the title.

There’s perhaps an over-reliance on Harry Kane to score goals for Spurs although plenty to like about a midfield department bursting with talent and that includes Dele Alli who continues to rise mercurially.

Tottenham should enjoy home comforts at the Lane on Sunday, with Ranieri practically about to wave the white flag with his team selection.
