NFL Week 18 Saturday Betting Odds

The NFL’s Week 18 schedule features two big games on Saturday. Here are the NFL betting odds and our analysis for the games taking place on Saturday, January 7, 2023:

Kansas City Chiefs (13-3) at Las Vegas Raiders (6-10), 4:30 p.m. EST

The Chiefs are currently the No. 1 seed in the AFC and could potentially lock up a first-round bye if they are able to get past the Raiders. That depends on what the NFL does with the canceled Buffalo Bills vs. Cincinnati Bengals game, but the Chiefs are in a good spot either way. 

The team is led once again by star QB Patrick Mahomes and they are looking to win another Super Bowl. This should be an easy game for the Chiefs against the Raiders, who have had a disappointing year after making the playoffs last season. 

The Chiefs are -9.5 point favorites for a reason, and they should be able to cover the spread and comfortably waltz into the postseason on a high note. The game total is set at 52.5 points, which also seems like it will go over here.

Tennessee Titans (7-9) at Jacksonville Jaguars (8-8), 8:15 p.m. EST

The AFC South crown is on the line when the Titans take on the Jaguars. Whoever wins this game will guarantee themselves the No. 4 seed in the AFC playoffs and a home playoff date, so this is obviously a must-win game for both teams. 

The Titans started off the season with a 7-3 record and looked like a lock to make the playoffs, but they have lost their last six games and look lost. As for the Jaguars, they started off the season 4-8, but have reeled off four straight wins under the strong play of QB Trevor Lawrence. 

The Jaguars are -6 point favorites to win this game, and based on their recent play, they should be able to take it. The total is set at 40 points, which indicates a lower-scoring game in what is a must-win situation for both squads Saturday.
