Each selection is advised as a single bet, and at a straight £10 win single per horse, unless otherwise stated.

Tip 1 - 1:42 Windsor - Space Trooper

Space Trooper looks like an interesting runner dropped in trip for his second visit to the track. He looked a bit keen running over a mile on debut, so the faster pace of a sprint distance could suit him down to the ground. Despite being a bit keen he still probably had the most impressive debut of all the runners in this race. A big step forward wouldn’t be a surprise.

Tip 2 - 2:05 Roscommon - Dragon Of Malta

Merisi Diamond is sure to be popular in the betting following a recent course and distance win, but preference is for Dragon Of Malta. He won around this time last year off a mark of 76. That mark dropped into a 60’s after a string of poor runs, but he showed real spark at Listowel last time out. Nudged up three pounds for that, he remains four pounds below his last winning mark, and should go close.

Tip 3 - 4:25 Wolverhampton - Aces Wild

A few in this have decent past track form, but it is Aces Wild who is the most compelling option today. Had some issues in the stalls last time out and dwelt at the start to finish a disappointing fifth over course and distance. That stopped a run of seven straight course-and-distance races of finishing in the top three. Should run his race if he gets the break.

What Are the Average Advised Odds of Our Tips?

We tip a minimum of 3 horses per day across the UK and Irish racing and the average starting price of our selections is a remarkable 4/1 over hundred and hundreds of tips this year.

What is the Staking Plan and How Does a 1pt Win System Work?

We advise each bet as a win single or sometimes as an each way single. You can of course choose to combine the selections in a multiple bet, a Lucky 15 or a Yankee etc and that is a very popular way to follow the horses selected in this column daily.

A 1pt win per horse is advised in general and that means whatever your normal stake is for a bet is used as a point. For many this is £1 and for some this is £10 or more but it is totally relative to the individual and shouldn’t be more than you can afford to lose at any time. 

For each way selections we advise a 0.5pt each way stake. So as with the win selections this would be a £1 total bet (50 pence each way) or a £10 total bet (£5 each way).
