The NFL’s second-longest tenured head coach is officially out of his job. The Baltimore Ravens fired John Harbaugh after 18 seasons and 180 victories, according to reports that emerged Tuesday afternoon.

To get a sense of where the Ravens could go next, Bookies.com – where you will find top sports betting promotions – broke down the odds on which candidate will replace the elder Harbaugh in Baltimore, with a host of NFL coordinators atop our list of next Baltimore Ravens head coach odds.

Ravens Next Head Coach Favorite

Baltimore had three head coaches since the franchise arrived in town in 1996, so it seems that continuity is king in Charm City. In this case, that means we think team officials will likely target an up-and-coming candidate to replace Harbaugh.

Leading the way on our Ravens odds board is Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, with an 18.2% chance of landing the Ravens gig. That would translate to +450 odds if it were offered as an option at top sports betting apps nationwide.

Kubiak’s third stint as an NFL offensive coordinator has been his best yet, with Seattle posting a club record 14 wins and averaging the third most points in the league (at 28.4 per game) this season.

The Seahawks are the No. 1 seed for the playoffs in the NFC and have homefield advantage throughout, plus a first-round bye. The Seahawks will wait until the Division Round before playing again. At BetRivers Sportsbook, Seattle has +400 odds to win the Super Bowl, serving as the favorite.

Others Worth Watching

Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesee Minter (+600 odds) is next on our board to replace Harbaugh, followed by Minnesota Vikings DC Brian Flores at +800.

Minter’s two-year run in L.A. alongside John’s brother Jim has seen the Bolts go 11-6 in successive seasons. This season’s team ranks ninth in fewest points allowed (20.0 per game).

Flores had a decent run of success during his three-year stint as the Miami Dolphins head coach from 2019 to 2021, going 24-25 including 10-6 and 9-7 seasons during his final two years with the club. That could pave the way for him to return to a similar role in the new year.

Outside of those three, keep an eye on former Arizona Cardinals and Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury, who was fired as Washington Commanders offensive coordinator on Tuesday morning. He has +900 odds on our board, level with Buffalo OC Joe Brady. The Bills have +1000 odds at DraftKings Sportsbook to win Super Bowl 60 next month.

Kevin Stefanski and Mike McCarthy are at +1750 each. Both have recent NFL head coaching experience; the Browns just fired Stefanski on Monday and McCarthy was relieved of his duties with the Cowboys after last season.

For now, what we know is that a Super Bowl-winning coach is out of a job. Harbaugh’s final play as an NFL head coach (for now) was rookie kicker Tyler Loop’s missed 44-yard field goal in the regular-season finale at Pittsburgh on Sunday night, as the Steelers escaped with a 26-24 victory and the AFC South title.

With action like that deciding the last playoff spot – and Harbaugh’s fate as Ravens coach – it is no wonder the NFL is the most popular game at every US sports betting operator going.
