The 49ers were also quite impressive in their first week, defeating the Detroit Lions 41-33, but they nearly blew a big lead in the fourth quarter. Jimmy Garoppolo threw for over 300 yards and had a touchdown, and he will be looking to add to those big numbers against the Eagles.
