Cincinnati Bengals at Buffalo Bills Betting Odds

Sunday’s NFL betting slate features the Cincinnati Bengals against the Buffalo Bills. The Bills are -5.5 point favorites, with the total set at 48 points.

This is a rematch after the team’s game in Week 17 was scrapped after Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest on the field. The Bengals were in the lead early on in that game, but the Bills still enter this playoff game as the clear favorite to win.

The last NFL Divisional Round game features the Dallas Cowboys against the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers are -4 point favorites, with the game total set at 46 points.

The Cowboys had a great regular season and then smashed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Wild Card round. They have one of the best defenses in the league and QB Dak Prescott really stepped up his game against the Bucs.
