Is There a FanDuel NFL Promo Code?
FanDuel doesn't require a FanDuel sportsbook promo code for either its sportsbook or its separate Daily Fantasy Sports product. Instead, the current sports betting offer activates the moment you sign up, deposit at least $5, and place your first qualifying wager.
The mechanic itself is straightforward. You deposit $5 or more, then place a real money wager of $5 or more once a day for seven consecutive days. Each qualifying day earns you $50 in bonus bets, whether that day's bet wins or loses, up to a maximum of $350 across the full week. Bets placed using bonus funds, site credit or profit boost tokens don't count as qualifying wagers, and neither do cashed-out bets.

NFL Markets at FanDuel
FanDuel covers the full range of standard NFL markets: point spreads, moneylines, game totals, first-half lines, same-game parlays and player props across passing, rushing and receiving stats. That depth is standard for a sportsbook of FanDuel's scale.
The main differentiator is Bet Protect+, a feature FanDuel is extending to NFL wagers for the first time this year after debuting it on NBA bets back in April. For 3% of your wager, you can add full-game injury protection to a player prop bet. If that player leaves the game due to injury and doesn't return, a straight bet gets refunded in cash. An impacted leg in a parlay is removed and the payout recalculated around the remaining legs.
That's a change from FanDuel's older, free Bet Protect feature, which only covered first-quarter injuries and paid out in bonus bets rather than cash. Bet Protect+ costs money but it covers the entire game and settles in real cash, which is a fair trade for anyone who has had a player prop ruined by a third-quarter injury before. New for this NFL betting season, customers can also auto opt-in to Bet Protect+ and apply it to bets funded with bonus bets, not just cash wagers.

NFL Promos at FanDuel
Beyond the welcome sportsbook promo, FanDuel runs a rotating set of offers for existing customers and the Profit Boost Token is the one you'll see most often. It is applied on selected sports to a parlay or same-game parlay wager on qualifying games. FanDuel tends to run the same style of promo across its major sports, so it's a reasonable bet that an NFL version will be available for the regular season.
Refer-a-Friend runs separately from the welcome offer and it's worth keeping the two distinct. Share your personal invite link with a friend and once they sign up and place a bet of $10 or more that settles within 30 days, you both receive a $50 bonus within 72 hours. Unlike the welcome offer's daily wagering structure, this one is a flat reward for a single successful referral.

FanDuel Rewards Club
FanDuel launched Rewards Club this year as a points-based loyalty program that replaces older, less structured perks with a tiered system. You earn points on every qualifying sportsbook bet once it settles, and how many points depends on the odds you took. Bets with odds from -1000 to -201 earn one point per dollar wagered, -200 to +199 earns two points and +200 to +999 earns four points. Odds of +1000 to +3999 earn five points, and anything +4000 or longer earns six points per dollar.
Those points build toward four tiers. Level 1 is from 0 to 999 points, Level 2 from 1,000 to 7,999, Level 3 from 8,000 to 27,999 and Level 4 covers anything above 28,000. Levels reset at the start of each month, though higher tiers keep a slice of their points rather than dropping to zero. Level 2 carries over 5%, Level 3 carries over 10% and Level 4 carries over 15%.
Not every bet earns points. Bonus bets don't count at all and if you mix cash with a bonus bet on the same wager, only the cash portion earns anything. Cashed out, voided, refunded or canceled bets earn nothing, and neither do Round Robin wagers.
Profit Boost bets are the one exception. They still earn points based on the bet's original, pre-boost odds. Rewards on offer include Daily Promotions, Challenges, a Monthly Wildcard reward, a birthday reward and a Weekly Choose Your Reward option for higher-tier members.

Watching and Tracking NFL Bets on FanDuel
One feature worth knowing about heading into the season is FanDuel's bet-tracking integration with Prime Video. Since Amazon holds Thursday Night Football rights, this is more relevant to NFL bettors than it might first sound. Linking your FanDuel account through Prime Video's Settings, Sports and then Bet Tracking lets you scan a QR code to connect the two.
Once linked, your FanDuel bets - the same ones you'd see on the My Bets page - show up live on screen while you watch, updating in real time alongside their win, loss or in-progress status. FanDuel confirmed this works for WNBA games and given the NFL's much larger audience and Amazon's Thursday night package, it's a reasonable expectation that NFL coverage gets the same treatment this season in conjunction with your sports betting app.
FanDuel Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) for NFL
FanDuel's Daily Fantasy Sports product is its own separate thing, since it runs on different rules, different licensing and a different legal footing from the sportsbook above. DFS is classified as a game of skill rather than gambling in most states, which is why it's legal in 44 states, nearly double the sportsbook's 24-state footprint. You're not betting against FanDuel here. You're drafting a lineup and competing against other entrants for a shared prize pool.
The core format is a salary cap draft. Every real NFL player carries a price and you build a roster without exceeding a fixed $60,000 budget. Your lineup scores points based on how those players perform that week and the highest-scoring lineups win. NFL is FanDuel's most popular DFS sport by a considerable margin, which makes sense given how much bigger the audience and prize pools are compared to other sports on the platform.
NFL-specific formats add some variety beyond a standard full-slate lineup. Single-game and short-slate contests let you draft from just one matchup and compete based only on second-half or fourth-quarter performance, which suits anyone who wants a shorter, more reactive contest than a full Sunday slate. FanDuel also runs standard 50/50 contests, where roughly half the field doubles their entry fee back.

Is FanDuel Legit for NFL Betting?
FanDuel is a subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment, the world's largest sports betting and gaming operator, and it holds official sportsbook partnership status with the NFL alongside a small number of other licensed operators. It's licensed and regulated in every state where its sportsbook operates, and its Daily Fantasy Sports product carries its own separate licensing given its different legal classification.
FanDuel also provides standard responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, time-out periods and self-exclusion options, all accessible through account settings. If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential at 1-800-GAMBLER, and several states also provide their own dedicated helplines.

Is FanDuel Daily Fantasy different from FanDuel Sportsbook?
DFS is a peer-to-peer, salary-cap contest classified as a game of skill, legal in 44 states, compared to 24 states plus D.C. for the sportsbook. You compete against other entrants for a shared prize pool rather than betting against FanDuel.
Is FanDuel legal in my state for NFL betting?
