The Raiders will once again face off against Khalil Mack, who they traded away before the 2018 season. Mack was a Defensive Player of the Year award winner in Oakland before the team traded him for two first-round picks.

In the first meeting, the Raiders got the better of the Bears and Mack. Now, they will host Mack for the first time since requesting and receiving a trade. To get you ready for this matchup, here is everything you need to know from an NFL betting perspective going into Week 5.

Check out the latest Bears vs Raiders odds, betting lines, injury report and more.

Bears vs. Raiders Key Matchups

Raiders RT Alex Leatherwood vs. Bears LB Khalil Mack: Leatherwood has really struggled as a rookie and it doesn’t get any easier this week against arguably the best EDGE defender in the NFL.

Bears WR Allen Robinson vs. Raiders CB Casey Hayward Jr.: Hayward is the best defensive back for the Raiders and he will be assigned the difficult task of stopping Robinson despite a huge size difference.

Raiders TE Darren Waller vs. Bears FS Eddie Jackson: Waller might be the best tight end in the NFL right now, so expect the Bears to use multiple defenders to try to slow him down on Sunday.

Bears vs Raiders Player Props

Raiders QB Derek Carr under 281.5 passing yards (-115 at DraftKings): ) Carr led the NFL in passing yards heading into Week 5, but the Bears present a unique challenge for the Raiders. Their pass rush should be able to limit the passing attack for Las Vegas, and it wouldn’t be a shock if Carr only totaled around 250 passing yards. Instead, look for them to use the rushing game to protect their offensive line and defense.

Raiders TE Foster Moreau over 8.5 receiving yards (-115 at DraftKings): ) With all of the problems the Raiders have on the offensive line, it wouldn’t be a shock to see more of Moreau as the No. 2 tight end this week. He is a fantastic blocker, which means he will be on the field a ton in this game. All he needs is a target or two to over this total. Look for Moreau to play between 35-45 snaps on Sunday and receive a few targets.

Bears WR Darnell Mooney over 49.5 receiving yards (-120 at DraftKings): ) Mooney finally broke out in Week 4 as the Bears utilized a downfield passing attack. With the Raiders likely not having starting cornerbacks Trayvon Mullen and Damon Arnette, this is a great week to bet the over on receiving yards for Mooney. As we saw last week, all he needs is one deep target to hit the over.

Bears vs. Raiders Moneyline

Entering Week 5, both teams need wins to stay competitive in their respective divisions. But is there a moneyline bet worth gambling on in this game? The answer is probably not.

The Raiders are a -250 favorite at FanDuel Sportsbook to win this game and yet, they have a significant amount of injuries in their secondary. There is a chance that they could be without all three of their starting cornerbacks from last week and multiple starting offensive linemen.

Chicago (+205 on FanDuel) will be without their top two running backs (David Montgomery and Damien Williams) and we still don’t quite know who the starting quarterback will be for the Bears. For that reason, pass on the moneyline at betting sites in favor of a better wager, such as the point spread or point total.

Bears vs. Raiders Point Spread

The biggest advantage the Bears have in this game is their pass rush. Mack and Robert Quinn are among the best EDGE duos in the NFL and have combined for 8.5 sacks this season. Even if the offense doesn’t get off the ground, the defense is good enough to keep this game competitive.

And considering the Raiders are coming off another Monday Night Football game, look for this to be a tight contest. Take the Bears +5 (-110) on DraftKings and expect this to be a field goal game.

Make sure to shop around for the best NFL spreads on your favorite betting apps and sportsbooks as this spread sits at 5 or 5.5 depending on the site.

Bears vs. Raiders Totals

The total for this game is set at 44.5, which is among the lowest in the NFL during Week 5. That makes sense given that the Bears have one of the worst offenses in the NFL. And as both teams have a significant amount of injuries on their offensive line, this feels like a game that could be a bit of a defensive struggle.

It feels like a bit of a chalk pick, but take the Under 44.5 (-110) on BetMGM and expect a 20-17 type of game in Las Vegas.
