After firing former head coach Matt Eberflus and letting interim head coach Thomas Brown go, the Bears hired former Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson to be the team’s next head coach and unlock the full potential of starting quarterback Caleb Williams. On top of that, the Bears have picked No. 10 in the 2025 NFL draft and will take a top prospect with their pick.
