Diontae Johnson Next Team Odds: Potential Destinations For Panthers WR
Promo Code: BOOKIES
The Baltimore Ravens hoped to add a weapon to the pass game when they acquired Pro Bowl receiver Diontae Johnson from the Carolina Panthers at the trade deadline.
But through four games, he's managed just one reception. It could have been more, but Johnson reportedly refused to enter the game after teammate Rashod Bateman was injured in Sunday's game vs. the Eagles. Johnson has now been suspended for Week 15's matchup with the Giants, when the team comes out of its bye week.
Johnson will be a free agent after this season, and it seems likely now that his 2025 team won't in Baltimore.
Bookies.com veteran oddsmaker Adam Thompson has surveyed the NFL landscape and updated his next-team NFL odds for the veteran receiver.

Johnson had an opportunity, being traded from the uncompetitive Panthers to the Super Bowl-contending Ravens.
There are at least nine teams that are likely to look hard at Johnson, despite some perceived locker-room issues in Pittsburgh, getting traded from Carolina after less than a season there, now suspended in Baltimore. A few of those teams are desperate for a sure-handed target in the pass game, and have excess money to overspend.
The New England Patriots and Las Vegas Raiders each have projected over $100 million in available cap space this coming off-season, and each are in need of a WR1. The Arizona Cardinals are in need of a reliable WR2 across from Marvin Harrison, and also have nine figures in cap space.
Other Possible Destinations
The Tennessee Titans don't have as much dough, but are in better shape than most and have a need at WR for young QB Will Levis. Other teams with potential cap room and a need to boost the position include the Denver Broncos, New York Giants and Chicago Bears.
The Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys aren't as in shape from a cap space perspective, but each are likely to prioritize receiver this off-season. Marquise Brown and DeAndre Hopkins are free agents in KC, Brandin Cooks is in Big D. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are likely to lose Chris Godwin to free agency, and playing there could be an additional appeal for Johnson, a Tampa native.
