The Titans might have the best resume in the NFL. They have wins over the Bills, Chiefs, Rams, Seahawks and Colts. But how much longer can they sustain this level of success without Derrick Henry? That remains to be seen, but their 6-2 record suggests they are one of, if not the, best team in the AFC.

They will host the Saints on Sunday in a game New Orleans needs to win if they want to compete with the Buccaneers for the NFC South crown. Trevor Siemian remains the quarterback for the Saints, but look for Taysom Hill to see more snaps under center this week.

To get you ready for this AFC-NFC matchup, here is everything you need to know from an NFL betting perspective going into Week 10.

Take a look at Saints vs. Titans odds, injury report, betting lines and more.

Saints vs. Titans Key Matchups

Titans WR A.J. Brown vs. Saints CB Marshon Lattimore: This is best-on-best as Lattimore is one of the top cornerbacks in the league and Brown is an emerging superstar.

Saints RT Ryan Ramczyk vs. Titans EDGE Harold Landry III: Landry continues to rack up pressures for the Titans, but he will face arguably the best right tackle in the NFL in Ramczyk on Sunday. This will be a fun battle to watch in Week 10.

Titans LT Bobby Hart vs. Saints EDGE Marcus Davenport: Starting left tackle Taylor Lewan may miss this game, so look for veteran Bobby Hart to start in his place. That could be a big advantage for Davenport and the Saints on Sunday.

Saints vs. Titans Stats

28.33: The Titans are the No. 6 scoring offense in the NFL, averaging 28.33 points per game.

73.75: The Saints allow the fewest rushing yards per game (73.75).

5-0: The Titans are 5-0 ATS in their last five games.

19.3: The Saints have the No. 5 scoring defense in the NFL, allowing just 19.3 points per game.

16: The Saints have won 16 of their last 19 games on the road.

Saints vs. Titans Moneyline

The narrative around the Saints used to be that they struggled to win away from home. But that hasn’t been the case as of late as they are 16-3 in their last 19 road games. Given the value here when looking at the NFL odds, the Saints are the better bet on the moneyline despite shaky quarterback play. If you are betting on the moneyline, the Saints (+130) on DraftKings is the smart play here on the road.

Saints vs. Titans Point Spread

The Titans are favored at home, as you would expect. But it’s surprising that they aren’t bigger favorites. On most sportsbooks and betting sites, they are only giving three points at home. That essentially means that oddsmakers believe these are two similar teams despite the 6-2 record and resume for the Titans.

Given just how well the Saints have played on the road over the last two seasons, they are the better bet here. Their defense should be able to keep them in this game and getting the full three points makes this an even easier bet as one of your NFL picks. So, Take the Saints +3 (-118) on FanDuel and don’t be surprised if they pull off the upset.

Saints vs. Titans Totals

The total for this game is set at only 44.5 points on betting apps because of how good the Saints have been on defense this year. Their pass rush, combined with the excellent play of the linebackers, has made it difficult for teams to move the ball on them.

Still, this point spread seems too low as it feels like this could easily be a 27-24 type of game in Tennessee. The secondary still is a problem for the Titans and that could lead to some big plays in the passing game. Take the Over 45 (-110) on BetMGM and expect a higher-scoring contest.
