Last week was our most profitable week of the season as Joe Burrow, Tee Higgins, Antonio Brown and Kyle Pitts were all smash plays that likely led to NFL betting and daily fantasy profit.

We will try to recreate that success here in Week 17, which is one of the final “good” DFS slates left before teams begin resting starters ahead of the playoffs. So without further ado, here are some of our favorite Week 17 stacks and our optimal lineup for a massive Sunday slate.

Best Week 17 DFS Stacks

Rams QB Matthew Stafford ($7,100) and WR Cooper Kupp ($9,500)

The most obvious stack of the week is Stafford and Kupp. They'll take on the Baltimore Ravens, who just allowed Joe Burrow to throw for over 500 yards in Week 16. Stafford should light up this secondary and with Kupp being only 230 yards away from breaking Calvin Johnson's receiving record, it wouldn't be a surprise if the Rams force-fed him the ball in Week 17.

This is a really expensive pairing, but the floor and ceiling are so high that it might be worth trying to fit them into your lineups.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott ($6,700) and TE Dalton Schultz ($5,000)

The Cowboys have the No. 1 scoring offense in the NFL, but they are a very different team when at home versus when they are on the road. A big reason why is Dak Prescott, who has thrown 20 touchdowns and just two interceptions at home versus nine touchdowns and eight interceptions on the road. He's averaging an incredible 26.1 DFS points at home compared to only 16.2 on the road. With the Cowboys being at home again in Week 17, this feels like a good time to use him in your lineups.

Much like Prescott, Schultz has performed much better at home this year. He's averaged 15.3 DFS per game in Dallas vs. 9.1 when playing on the road. The Cardinals have been strong against opposing tight ends this season, but they'll have a lot of other weapons to worry about in this game. Look for Schultz to see close to double-digit targets and he's a good bet to get into the end zone again on Sunday.

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts ($6,600) and TE Dallas Goedert ($5,100)

The Eagles will travel to Washington, who they just played a few days ago. Hurts threw for nearly 300 yards in that game and ran for 38 yards and two touchdowns. He totaled 29.64 DFS points, which is the fifth time Hurts has scored at least 25 DFS points in a game in 2021.

His favorite target in that game was Dallas Goedert, who caught seven passes for 135 yards. Goedert is the best value play at tight end this week as he should see a healthy workload against a defense that is currently decimated by injuries in the secondary.

Best NFL Week 17 DFS Team For Sunday’s Games

Pos. Player Matchup DraftKings
Price
QBDak Prescott Cowboys vs Cardinals $6,700
RB Javonte Williams Broncos vs Chargers $6,400
RB Darrel Williams Chiefs vs Bengals $5,800
WR Tyler Lockett Lions vs Seahawks $6,400
WR Antonio Brown Buccaneers vs Jets $6,100
WR Odell Beckham Jr. Rams vs Ravens $5,700
TE Dallas Goedert Eagles vs Washington $5,100
FLEX Michael Gallup Cowboys vs. Cardinals $4,800
D/ST Colts Raiders vs Colts $2,900

Note: Based on a $50,000 salary cap for the week and for Sunday daytime contests

Whenever Antonio Brown is on the field with Tom Brady throwing to him, he should be in your DFS lineup. Brown returned to the field for the first time in 10 weeks on Sunday and immediately saw 15 targets from Brady. He turned that into ten receptions for 101 yards as the Buccaneers dominated the Panthers. This season, Brown is averaging 86.5 yards per game and 20.8 DFS points per game. At only $6,100, he is a must-play in Week 17 against the Jets.

Another receiver that you should fit into your lineup is Tyler Lockett. He returned to the field in Week 16 and caught just three passes for 30 yards. However, that game was played in a snowstorm and the weather should be nicer in Seattle in Week 17. Lockett has averaged 86 receiving yards per game at home this season despite playing multiple games with Geno Smith under center. Seattle will face Detroit on Sunday and they will be without several of their top cornerbacks. Look for Lockett to bounce back in a big way this week.
