The 2021 NFL season is officially underway, as we had several fascinating games in Week 1. Week 2 promises to be another fun slate for NFL betting fans, but it's one of the most difficult for daily fantasy players. Why is that?

Because it's never easy to tell what you should over or under-react to from the first week of the season. Sportsbooks and betting sites are still sorting things out, too, when it comes to NFL odds, and that’s true for DFS sites.

However, there are several quality stacks this week that should help ease players into making the correct lineup choice for Sunday. So, let's get into the best stacks of Week 2 and our DFS picks. All prices are via DraftKings.

Best NFL DFS Stacks Week 2

Buccaneers QB Tom Brady ($6,900) and WR Mike Evans ($6,100)

Despite throwing two interceptions, Tom Brady was incredible in Week 1. He threw for 379 yards and four touchdowns as he was one of the highest-scoring quarterbacks in the first week. His Week 2 opponent is the Atlanta Falcons, who allowed 32 points to Jalen Hurts and the Eagles.

Brady’s price has gone up some this week, but he is still a steal. Consider stacking him with Mike Evans, who has averaged over 86 yards per game in his last nine meetings against the Falcons.

Rams QB Matthew Stafford ($6,400) and WR Cooper Kupp ($6,000)

Week 1 couldn't have gone better for Matthew Stafford with the Rams. He was named the NFC's Offensive Player of the Week, as he threw for 321 yards and three touchdowns. Unfortunately, Chicago didn't offer much resistance on offense; otherwise, Stafford could have had even bigger numbers.

He should have another massive game in Week 2 against the Colts. Indianapolis just allowed Russell Wilson to throw for four touchdowns on 18 completions, so it's another great spot to start Stafford.

Texans QB Tyrod Taylor ($5,500) and WR Brandin Cooks ($5,900)

If you were one of the people last week to be bold enough to play Tyrod Taylor in Week 1, you are probably richer today than you were last week. Taylor scored 23.64 DFS points as he totaled over 300 yards and scored three touchdowns. But the best part is that he only cost $5,300 on DraftKings.

His price has risen some this week, but he is still a value in Week 2. The Texans will take on the Browns, who allowed the most points to a quarterback in Week 1. Stacking him with Brandin Cooks is a smart play if you want to go cheap with the QB-WR stack.

One of the best running back picks you can make this week in DFS is Najee Harris. While he didn't have a big game against Buffalo, he managed to stay on the field for every offensive snap for the Steelers. They will host the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 2, who are coming off a late Monday Night Football game and lost multiple defensive linemen due to injuries. He is a must-start this week, given that he should see a monster workload against an opponent that just allowed 189 rushing yards and multiple touchdowns.

Another player that you should consider slotting in as your RB2 or FLEX is Chase Edmonds. In a blowout against the Titans, Edmonds still saw 16 touches for Arizona. He was able to turn that into 106 total yards. Edmonds should see even more work in Week 2 as the Cardinals play host to the Vikings. Minnesota’s run defense was gashed by Joe Mixon last week and might struggle to contain Edmonds. Even if he only sees 15-16 touches, Edmonds is an excellent value at less than $5,000.

If you are searching for a cheaper alternative to Darren Waller and George Kittle in the Sunday afternoon slate, consider playing Noah Fant. In Week 1, Fant saw eight targets and hauled in six passes for 62 yards. While his 12.2 DFS points weren’t spectacular, his day could have been even better if a short red-zone touchdown went to him and not his backup, Albert Okwuegbunam.

With Jerry Jeudy out of the lineup this week due to a high-ankle sprain, Fant could see an uptick in targets. If his target total creeps up to double-digits, it’s hard to believe that he won’t finish as a top-five tight end. Look for Fant to be the biggest beneficiary of Jeudy’s absence.
