MLS bettors will be happy to see such an array of games to place wagers on this weekend, and there will be one wager you will need to be eyeing for Sunday’s game in Ohio.

FC Cincinnati and the New England Revolution will be taking the Nippert Stadium field in one of the four Sunday games on the schedule. I will be offering a second MLS soccer betting tip to the play being offered, so make sure you read this one through.

Cincinnati vs. New England - Revolution 0/Pk Draw No Bet @ -105 with 888Sport

Cincinnati has a two-game win streak! Woo hoo! Yeah, not so impressed by wins over Houston and Chicago, thanks, but they did take the first meeting over the Revs too, right?

Okay, remember why the Revs have a new coach, who, by the way, happens to be some guy named Bruce Arena? That meeting in March, when Cincinnati took a 2-0 win in New England, doesn’t hold much stock for me either.

New England had to endure a 2-2 draw with DC United before their midweek game. Note that both of these teams will be playing on Wednesday and Thursday before this encounter on Sunday.

The Revs were doing just fine before a red card left them down a man, and it led to DC snatching the draw in the 86th minute from a lovely set-piece ball from Wayne Rooney. Quincy Obina Amarikwa used the one-touch inside the 6-yard box to convert the pass home, so now the Revs need to regroup from that.

This is where having a coach like Arena comes into play because he will keep everyone aware that they took home a point down a man, and that there are more fish to fry. Keeping the team calm in those moments and keeping your guys looking forward with a positive spin is his job, and he does it well.

What’s also nice about this play is that should they get stuck with a similar 2-2 draw on the road, there will be nothing gained or lost with a push on the Draw No Bet offer. That is why I am also suggesting a play on the total. The Over 3 has a splendid +110 price attached to the MLS odds action, so make use of that plus the Revs DNB bet to round out your MLS betting weekend.
