How to Read A Horse Racing Program
A horse racing program for the US is simple to read and understand. Horses are listed for every race meeting in America. This starts with finding the racetrack name for today’s horse racing schedule followed by choosing a race time and then browsing the horses in each race.
Each horse will have a race entry number, a colored box denoting the draw position and then details of the jockey, trainer, weight carried, age and live odds from US horse racing betting sites such as FanDuel, TwinSpires and TVG.
The latest form is shown for each horse, so you can determine how they are likely to run based on past performances. You will see the prices on offer, or odds, for each runner listed with the horse.
Horses will be ordered in accordance with the latest odds, and they are the chances of winning, according to the Apple Pay betting sites.
