It was an offseason of change for the Boston Celtics, with Brad Stevens moving to a front-office role and the team bringing in Ime Udoka to try and bring the franchise back to the NBA Finals. There’s no question the Nets are the favorite here as they could and should be the top seed in the East. And despite the Ben Simmons drama, the Sixers will also be in contention here. Celtics Eastern Conference Odds

The Line: +2500 at WynnBET

The Celtics were never able to win the East under Brad Stevens, and betting sites don’t believe in them doing so under Udoka.
