ESPN BET App & Promo Code Set To Launch On Nov. 14

Since Penn Entertainment and ESPN announced their partnership this summer, the looming question is when the newest entrant to the online sports betting space will launch. We got that answer on Thursday, when Penn CEO Jay Snowden announced in a press release that ESPN BET will go live in 17 states on Nov. 14.

It’s enormous news for Penn, ESPN, the online sports betting industry, and sports bettors alike—who all will get a taste of the media mogul’s operations just in time for the heart of the sports season. The wheels have been in motion for some time, with ESPN BET recently unveiling its logo and color scheme.

We expected everything to launch sometime in late November, but they’ve beat that projection and will be live well before an important Thanksgiving weekend that will feature NFL, NHL, NBA, and college basketball action for sports bettors to pounce on when making their initial wagers at ESPN BET.

Where Will ESPN BET Launch?

The one pressing question that remains for prospective sports bettors in the 17 states where ESPN BET will go live is what the ESPN BET welcome bonus offer will be. It could go several different ways based on many factors, including what Barstool Sportsbook presented new players—a second-chance bet up to $1,000 that meant cash profit with a win or a single matching bonus bet in return for a loss.

Bettors may be able to pick up guaranteed bonus bets, too, or a deposit match bonus that puts funds in your account before you ever place a bet. Whatever the offer is, we know that it will be enticing enough for prospective bettors to sign up, earn it, and begin placing bets with the newest online sportsbook in the industry.

The list of states in which ESPN BET will start operating on November 14, 2023, is as follows:

The timing couldn’t be better if we look ahead to the Nov. 14 calendar and beyond. On Nov. 14, there are 10 NBA games (that are In-Season Tournament contests), three MAC college football games, 25 college basketball games (including the Champions Classic featuring Kansas-Kentucky and Michigan State-Duke), and nine NHL games.

That week ends with a full slate of college football and NFL games and those other markets’ regular season games in what is arguably the peak of the sports calendar. It’s not a coincidence that ESPN BET will launch operations during the pinnacle of the season.

More details will leak out as we near the launch date for ESPN BET but it’s time to pencil on Nov. 14 as the launch date of ESPN BET. There will likely be pre-registration offers available to players, so you’ll want to keep your eyes peeled for those offers before that date.

What's even more enticing in just a couple of Tuesdays, you’ll be able to make real-money wagers on your favorite markets and teams with the newest entrant in the online sports betting space. Get excited, because the time has finally arrived.
