Brazil's odds on winning the Copa America have drifted out following news that star man Neymar will miss the tournament through injury.

Paris Saint Germain star Neymar has been ruled out of the tournament which starts on June 15 after picking up an ankle ligament injury in Wednesday's friendly with Qatar.
