Chicago Bears at Seattle Seahawks — 8:15 p.m. (ESPN)
Buzz: This will be the final NFL game featuring election ads until 2028. Hopefully. This one has a potential NFC Championship Game vibe to it. The Seahawks come off a resounding 20-3 win over the Chiefs. The Bears get the mini-bye after their Thursday night victory over New England. The Seahawks defense smothered Patrick Mahomes and Kenneth Walker III. Expect a similar game plan against Caleb Williams — keep him in the pocket and under pressure. The Bears do hold the edge against the spread (5-2 vs 3-4). If Williams is able to stretch the field (like he did against New England) and hit his spots, the Seahawks will find themselves trying to keep pace on offense, which they can’t do in a higher-scoring affair. Either way, this one is close. So take the points.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Baltimore Ravens — 8:15 p.m. (Prime)
Buzz: The Jaguars are on the prowl entering Week 9. Jacksonville leads the AFC South at 5-2 and bounced back Sunday with a 42-7 win over Indy. The Ravens, meanwhile, lost QB Lamar Jackson to IR and a potential season-ending thumb on the first snap of their 36-10 loss at Buffalo. The Ravens - regardless of their QB - will be hard pressed to generate enough offense to keep pace with Trevor Lawerence and his Top Cats. This number is sneaky for a Thursday nighter. But the Ravens are down to Tyler Huntley or Joe Fagnano at QB. RB Derrick Henry should improve upon the 53 yards rushing he posted at Buffalo Sunday. It won't be enough to keep pace with Jacksonville.

Cincinnati Bengals at Atlanta Falcons — 9:30 a.m (NFL Network)
Santiago Bernabéu, Madrid, Spain
Buzz: The Bengals were pushed to overtime before topping the Titans Sunday. The Falcons and the weather prevented Tampa Bay QB Baker Mayfield from completing a pass Sunday, but Atlanta still lost 16-0 in a monsoon at Raymond James Stadium/Lake. Rain is in the forecast for Madrid on Sunday, too, Our model has the Bengals winning by 5.5 points, two points better than the spread. The Bengals' offense and Joe Burrow have found their form. (Burrow still worked in three picks Sunday, while completing 38-of-48 passes for 462 yards and 5 TDs.) More importantly, so have Tee Higgins (10 catches, 155 yards and 2 TDs) and Ja’Marr Chase (11 catches, 141 yards, 1 TD). Atlanta QB Michael Penix Jr. probably won’t throw four picks this week like he did on Sunday. Cincy has begun to make its annual mid- to late-season surge.

Dallas Cowboys at Indianapolis Colts — 1 p.m. (FOX)
Buzz: The Cowboys gave up 20 points in the fourth quarter in a 33-30 OT loss at home to Arizona. Dallas was outgained 467-261. The Colts, meanwhile, got mauled 42-7 by the Jaguars. The question remains — can the Colts stop a nosebleed, never mind an NFL offense. Colts coach Shane Steichen said “evaluate everything, every position going forward” and had yet to name either Daniel Jones or Anthony Richardson as the starting QB this week. Meanwhile, RB Jonathan Taylor remains on the trading block. Still, our model has the Cowboys winning here by less than a field goal, a significantly lower number than the spread. The Colts grab the backdoor cover late at Lucas Oil Stadium.

New York Jets at Kansas City Chiefs — 1 p.m. (CBS)
Buzz: Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs got stuffed by the Broncos on the goal line to end their 28-24 loss in Denver. The Jets came up short of the runway in their 38-33 loss to the Raiders at MetLife. The Chiefs have covered both times this season when they were favored by 7 points or more. Our model prices them winning by 8.5 points, below this number. The Chiefs got flagged for 11 penalties and 105 yards at Denver. Expect a cleaner game at home. Still, the Jets and Geno Smith are capable of keeping this one close. Go Green and take the points.

Detroit Lions at Miami Dolphins — 1 p.m. (FOX)
Buzz: The Lions helped the 1972 Dolphins celebrate on Sunday by defeating the last unbeaten team in the NFL — Minnesota. Meanwhile, the 2026 Dolphins continued their misery with a 24-19 loss to the Patriots amid a steady downpour at Hard Rock Stadium. (But they did nab a backdoor cover on the 7.5-point line.) This week, our model has the Lions winning by 7.3 points, just over this line. The Dolphins kept the Patriots out of the end zone until the third quarter. Meanwhile, the Lions scored only 6 first-half points against Minnesota. The Dolphins’ offense is averaging just 16.7 points a game. The Lions remain touch-and-go. We’re leaning into the under.

Cleveland Browns at New Orleans Saints — 1 p.m. (CBS)
Buzz: Both teams come off losses to Pittsburgh. The Saints had a bye following their 16-10 loss to Monsieur Rodgers in Paris. Sunday, the Steelers sacked Deshaun Watson eight times and the Browns lost 27-6, with two fumbles. Todd Monken had yet to announce his starting QB this week. Before that game they had won four of their last five, with wins over Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Carolina. The Saints are 0-3 at the Superdome. They have 13 giveaways through 7 games (minus-4 turnover margin), and Tyler Shough has six interceptions. The Browns, who are favored by 3 points on our model, win this one outright on the rebound.

New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles — 1 p.m. (FOX)
Buzz: The Eagles have lost six straight and may be relegated to the ACC. Without Jalen Hurts — among others — Philly could be best served losing out and playing for draft position given the QB talent available in April. Meanwhile, Eagles fans can dream of or dread Bill Belichick reviving their moribund franchise next season. Sunday night, the misery continued with a 27-10 loss to Washington. Tanner McKee isn’t cutting it — losing by 11 (Carolina), 17 (Dallas) and 17 (Washington). Big Blue comes off the bye. J.J. McCarthy and the Giants should be able to muster more than enough offense to grab the road win and the cover — as long as this number sits on 3.

Los Angeles Rams at Washington Commanders — 1 p.m. (FOX)
Buzz: The Rams have strung back-to-back victories after a 2-4 start — including Sunday’s 24-9 victory over the Chargers. This week’s early East Coast start at Washington could mean a slow start for Matt Stafford’s offense. But LA’s defense has allowed an average of 16 points in its past three games. That’s the key to this turnaround. Still, this number is a bit long. Our model has LA winning by 3.3 points. The under is the play here, given the resurgence of LA’s defense and an expected slow start on offense for both teams.

Denver Broncos at Carolina Panthers — 1 p.m. (CBS)
Buzz: Denver has won 15 straight one-score games with Sunday’s thrilling 28-24 win over Kansas City. The Broncos stopped the Chiefs four times inside the 6 to close out the game — thanks in part to a very picky false start penalty. Our model has Denver winning by just 1.2 points, short of this number (which has moved off 3 to 2.5). This is an early East Coast start for Denver coming off a season-defining win over the Chiefs. But Denver’s defense doesn’t need a wake-up call. The Packers on Thursday sacked Panthers QB Bryce Young six times, hit him nine times and hurried him on 22 snaps. Expect the same from the Broncos’ defense. Bo Nix has no interceptions in his past five games. Sean Payton keeps it simple here. And it’s close.

Houston Texans at Los Angeles Chargers — 4:05 p.m. (CBS)
Buzz: The Chargers (0-7 SU, 0-7 ATS) continued their march to oblivion Sunday with a 24-9 "road" loss to the Rams at SoFi. The Bolts have gone two straight games without a touchdown, and Justin Herbert leads the NFL with 10 picks, including two against the Rams. Thanks in part to the Bolts’ low-voltage offense, the over has missed in six of seven Chargers games. Our model has the Texans winning here by 3.3, short of the spread. Therein lies a trap for the Texans on the road: They cannot run the football, have a shuffled offensive line and own a weak safety group. The Chargers land in the “win” column for the first time — at least against the spread.

Green Bay Packers at New England Patriots — 4:25 p.m. (FOX)
Buzz: Tom Brady returns to Foxboro on the mic for Fox in America’s Game of the Week as the Packers visit the Patriots. Our model has this one landing right on the line — Patriots -2.5. The availability (or lack thereof) of both WR A.J. Brown and RB TreVeyon Henderson has impacted this number. Patriots QB Drake Maye made the most of limited options Sunday in a Miami monsoon, winning 24-19. The Packers come off the mini-bye and an impressive Thursday-night win over the Panthers. New England’s defense will be stress-tested by Packers QB Jordan Love, who feasts on zone coverage leads the NFL with 2,246 yards passing after 8 games. The Christian Gonzalez-Christian Watson matchup should give Brady all the feels. The Patriots and Maye open up the offense early this time in what looks to be a high-scoring, back-and-forth affair on a perfect November evening in Foxboro. The sun sets just after kickoff.

Las Vegas Raiders at San Francisco 49ers— 4:25 p.m. (FOX)
Buzz: Our model sees this number as a bit lopsided. It has the 49ers winning by 7. The Raiders’ offense is real: Las Vegas averages 27.6 points a game and put up 38 on Gang Green in a win on an early East Coast start. Kirk Cousins has 19 TD passes, second in the league. The Raiders’ defense is more black and blue than “Silver and Black,” giving up 28.8 points a game and ranking 31st against the run. The 49ers (6-1, 4-3 ATS) have won two of their four home games by 10 or more. They come off the bye and an embarrassing 29-20 loss to Atlanta. This 9.5-point line suggests oddsmakers believe Christian McCaffrey (hamstring), Nick Bosa (calf), Mike Evans (Achilles) and Deebo Samuel (hamstring) will be healthy and ready to go for San Francisco. The over is the play here.

Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks — 4:25 p.m. (FOX)
Buzz: Our model has the Seahawks winning by 9 points, short of the spread. Seattle’s defense allows just 17.9 points a game and 114.4 passing yards (best in the NFL). Seattle won at Arizona 31-7 on Sept. 20. Since then the Seahawks (4-3 SU and 3-4 ATS) have had close losses to San Francisco and Denver (in OT), and 10.5 is the largest line they have faced. QB Gardner Minshew replaced Jacoby Brissett in the Cardinals’ 33-30 win at Dallas and went 17-of-23 for 188 yards with 3 TDs. RB Tyler Allgeier had 191 scrimmage yards for the Cardinals. He’ll be key as Seattle’s defense makes every QB look bad, including Patrick Mahomes and Drake Maye. Look for a late score and a sneaky backdoor cover.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Chicago Bears — 8:20 p.m. (NBC)
Buzz: Our model has the Bears winning by 7 points, enough for the cover at home on a chilly November night at Soldier Field, alongside Lake Michigan. Bucs QB Baker Mayfield is used to cool temperatures (having played in Cleveland), but he didn’t complete a pass in the Bucs’ 16-0 monsoon-driven win over Atlanta at Raymond James Stadium. The Bears played at Seattle Monday night. A letdown is likely given the intensity of that potential playoff matchup. The Bears, however, should be able to stifle the Buccaneers’ offense enough to nab the win in a low-scoring affair.

Buffalo Bills at Minnesota Vikings — 8:15 p.m. (ESPN)
Buzz: Our model leans toward the Vikings in what it sees as a near pick ’em. Minnesota dropped its first game of the season to Detroit Sunday. The Bills smashed the Ravens and likely ended Lamar Jackson’s season Sunday. Both teams are 6-1. Expect this game to be hyped as a potential Super Bowl matchup — especially since Super Bowl 61 airs on ABC/ESPN on Valentine’s Day. The Vikings lead the NFL in allowing just 13.3 points a game, but are vulnerable against the run. Enter QB Josh Allen and RB James Cook. The Bills can stack points, but look for lots of ground and pound inside U.S. Bank Stadium. However, the Bills defense ranks 30th against the pass. Can it limit the damage caused by Justin Jefferson? Probably not. Last team with the ball wins. Take the points, especially when a 6-1 team is a home underdog.
