Rollcard Review 2026: The Bettor's Bankroll Card

Most debit cards earn nothing on betting spend. Standard rewards programs exclude gaming merchants entirely. Rollcard takes the opposite approach. It pays tiered cashback, up to 0.55%, on every eligible dollar of qualifying spend, with the rate climbing as your monthly volume grows². This high limit debit card is built specifically for US players and is designed to reduce unnecessary declines on sportsbook and casino transactions. Rollcard deposits held at Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, insured up to $250,000. Rollcard, LLC is not an FDIC-insured bank. Deposit insurance covers the failure of an insured bank.
RollCard Welcome Offer Ts and Cs: Cashback is earned on qualifying spend at licensed US sportsbooks, DFS platforms, legalized online casinos, and prediction markets; minimum $500 per calendar month, capped at $1,000 monthly. Rates and tier thresholds are subject to change; see Cashback Terms & Conditions for full program terms. New members earn double their tier rate for the first 30 days from enrollment, capped at $2,000, credited as a one-time payment to the card balance at the end of the 30-day welcome period. Standard monthly cashback is credited automatically to card balance at month end. Forfeited on reversed, refunded, or disputed transactions; card cycling and non-bona-fide spend prohibited.
What is Rollcard?
A Dedicated Deposit Account Built for Wagering
Rollcard is a Visa-branded debit card linked to a dedicated deposit account¹, not a prepaid card, not a credit product and not a personal checking account in the way that term is usually used. The Rollcard Visa® Debit Card is issued by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Rollcard card program is managed by Rollcard LLC, a subsidiary of Grandstand Limited. The card is restricted at the point of sale, meaning it works only at licensed US casinos, sportsbooks, and prediction market platforms. That restriction is the feature, not a limitation. It exists so the card can be optimized for gaming transactions. Zero-liability coverage applies to eligible unauthorized transactions³, subject to the Regulation E dispute resolution process.

Who is Eligible for Rollcard?
Applicants must be 21 or older, a US citizen or resident alien with a valid Social Security number, and have a US residential address. P.O. boxes are not accepted. Accounts are individual only, with no joint owners, and the account is non-interest bearing. Once approved, a virtual card is available immediately inside the Rollcard app with the same card number as the physical card. The physical Visa is mailed automatically at signup and must be activated before first use.

Rollcard Cashback
Earning Cashback
You earn cashback on qualifying spend at eligible gaming merchants. Cashback accrues on dollars spent, never on dollars simply funded or held in the account. The earning happens automatically. You do not enroll, opt in, or activate categories, and the rate you land on depends on your total qualifying spend for the current calendar month.
The Tier Advantage
Rollcard runs five cashback tiers instead of one flat number: Standard at 0.30% for $500 to $2,500 in monthly qualifying spend, Bronze at 0.35% up to $10,000, Silver at 0.40% up to $25,000, Gold at 0.45% up to $100,000, and Platinum at 0.55% above that. This is the structural difference between Rollcard and a flat-rate program. Instead of one rate for everyone, the return actually grows as your play does. New accounts also get a one-time welcome window: the first 30 days after signup earn 2x the tier rate reached by day 30, paid as a single credit capped at $2,000, before the standard monthly cycle takes over. See Rollcard Cashback Terms & Conditions for full program terms.
How is Cashback Credited?
Cashback credits automatically to your Rollcard balance² at the end of each calendar month, no manual redemption required. The monthly cap is $1,000, with a $500 monthly qualifying-spend minimum to earn anything that month. Cashback is forfeited on any transaction that's later reversed, refunded, or disputed, and is not FDIC insured until it's credited, not interest-bearing, and not subject to Regulation E.

How the Card Works
Transaction Limits
| Feature | Detail |
|---|---|
| Card spend (POS), per business day | Up to $1,000,000 |
| ACH inbound, per business day | Up to $1,000,000 |
| ACH outbound, per business day | Up to $250,000 |
| ATM, per business day | Up to $2,000 (counts toward the $1,000,000 combined limit) |
You can spend up to $1,000,000 per business day at licensed operators, which covers the vast majority of recreational and high-volume players in a single session. ACH funding into the account reaches $1,000,000 per business day, which gives you room to top up from your primary bank without hitting a Rollcard-side wall. The outbound ACH limit of $250,000 per business day is the relevant constraint when moving funds back to your linked bank. All of these limits, including ATM, run Monday through Friday. A transaction on a weekend or federal holiday counts against the next business day's limit.
ATM access shares the $1,000,000 combined cap rather than adding to it, and requires the physical Visa: the virtual card cannot be used at ATMs. A $4.95 domestic ATM fee applies, and the ATM operator may add its own surcharge.

Loading the Card
Funding Rollcard is ACH only, completed through Plaid. There is no Aeropay support, no wire transfer option, and no cash deposit channel. Standard ACH follows a 2:00 PM ET cutoff, and deposits generally credit within 1-3 business days. Same-day ACH is not currently available on Rollcard. Plan funding around that if you need cleared funds for a specific event.
How Rollcard Measures Up
| Feature | Rollcard |
|---|---|
| ATM limit | $2,000 per business day (counts toward the $1,000,000 combined cap) |
| Cashback | Five tiers, 0.30%-0.55%, based on monthly qualifying spend² |
| Welcome offer | 2x cashback for the first 30 days, capped at $2,000² |
| FDIC insured | Yes, deposits held at Cross River Bank, insured up to $250,000¹ |
The Cash-Access Question
The ATM ceiling is one of the more visible differentiators in this category. Rollcard supports up to $2,000 per business day through the physical Visa, where some debit cards cap daily ATM access at a level that's barely usable for real cash needs. For players who occasionally need cash on hand from their betting bankroll, Rollcard treats ATM access as a real funding path rather than an afterthought.
Tiers That Reward Bigger Bettors
The cashback structure is where the comparison gets interesting for a Bookies audience. Rollcard's five-tier system means the rate you earn actually improves as your monthly qualifying spend grows, topping out at 0.55% at Platinum. Some comparable cards run a single flat rate regardless of volume; others gate their best rate behind a high threshold with no smaller steps along the way. Rollcard's tier boundaries are published and predictable, so a bettor can see exactly what volume moves them into the next bracket.

Rollcard Frequently Asked Questions
How is Rollcard cashback paid out?
Cashback credits automatically to your Rollcard balance at the end of each calendar month: there's no manual redemption step. The rate depends on your tier for that month's qualifying spend, from 0.30% up to 0.55%.
Does cashback expire?
Cashback that's already been credited to your balance doesn't expire the way a points program would. What resets is the tier itself, at the start of each calendar month based on that month's qualifying spend.
What counts as qualifying spend for cashback?
Qualifying spend is debit card purchases used to fund licensed US sportsbooks, casinos, DFS platforms, racebooks, or prediction markets that post and settle. ATM withdrawals, account fees, refunds, and chargebacks do not count.
Can I earn cashback on casino spend as well as sportsbook spend?
Yes. Qualifying spend includes both online casinos and sportsbooks in the United States, along with DFS platforms, racebooks, and prediction markets where applicable.
Is there a cap on how much cashback I can earn?
Yes. The standard program caps monthly cashback at $1,000, with a $500 monthly qualifying-spend minimum to earn anything. New accounts get a separate one-time welcome cap of $2,000 for the first 30 days. Rollcard may modify program terms at any time with applicable notice.
