Harry Kane scored six at the previous World Cup as England reached the semifinals, and usually the top scorer comes from a national team that goes deep into the tournament. Therefore, Spain’s Ferran Torres is a great price at +5000 to win the Golden Boot in 2022.

The World Cup typically takes place in June and July, when most major leagues are in their offseasons. But this year’s World Cup has been pushed to November/December due to concerns over high temperatures in the Qatari summer.

That decision meant many top leagues were forced to move fixtures to accommodate a mid-season break, and it remains to be seen how that will impact performance on the biggest stage.

The 2022 World Cup begins on Nov. 20 and concludes with the final in Lusail, Qatar, on Dec. 18. The tournament features 32 teams in eight groups of four.
