The former Mr. Irrelevant will lead the San Francisco 49ers into Super Bowl 58, matching wits with Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Las Vegas on Sunday.

Purdy was the final pick of the 2022 NFL Draft but ascended his way to the top of the 49ers depth chart in the latter half of that season. The team was his guide for 2023; Purdy put up MVP-worthy numbers and the Niners finished with the best record in the NFC.
