Week 9 proved to be an up-and-down week for us at Bookies.com as we correctly picked players at the top of their respective positions, including Josh Jacobs, Marvin Jones, D.K. Metcalf, Zach Ertz and the Steelers defense. However, players such as Aaron Jones and Stefon Diggs performed so poorly that it turned into just an average week of DFS.

With every team playing at least eight games, we now have a pretty good feel for each player and their situation going forward. Let's take a look at the best DFS plays for Week 10.

Best Week 10 DFS QB

Cardinals QB Kyler Murray ($6,500 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Arizona Cardinals vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

As usual, there are several quality quarterback plays in Week 10 at a variety of prices. But one of my favorite plays this week is Kyler Murray of the Arizona Cardinals, who is facing Tampa Bay’s 32nd-ranked pass defense.

Murray has been one of the more consistent fantasy quarterbacks in 2019, scoring at least 19 points in six of his nine starts. He's also proven to have a high ceiling, scoring 25 or more points three times. Given just how shaky the Buccaneers pass defense is this week, Murray should have a monster performance in Week 10 after a 10-day break. Look for the rookie to go over 300 total yards as he should score multiple touchdowns.

Best Week 10 DFS RB

Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels ($6,300 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Pittsburgh Steelers vs Los Angeles Rams

NFL Week 10 DFS Picks: Why We Love QB Kyler Murray This Week 1

Pittsburgh has historically been a team that relies on just one running back, and that generally means they produce big fantasy numbers. In Week 9, second-year player Jaylen Samuels got the start for the injured James Conner, and he had an impressive day. Samuels caught 13 passes for 73 yards and was the team's leading receiver. While he didn't have much success on the ground, his ability to make plays in the receiving game made him a valuable play.

In Week 10, the Steelers will face the Rams at home, which is a neutral matchup for Samuels. For the Steelers to win this game, they will likely need to score 24 or more points, meaning Samuels could see a ton of work in the passing game and near the end zone. Look for Samuels to see close to 20 touches at home in a high-scoring contest. Assuming Conner does not play in this contest, Samuels is a must-start RB2 this week, and even if Conner does play, his value in the passing game can't be ignored.

Best Week 10 DFS WR

Rams WR Cooper Kupp ($7,300 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Los Angeles Rams vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Despite playing mostly in the slot, no wide receiver in the NFL has a higher weekly ceiling than Cooper Kupp. In just eight games Kupp has scored 29 or more fantasy points in half of them. Given that wide receiver Brandin Cooks will likely miss this Week 10 matchup, it wouldn't be a surprise if Kupp sees even more volume.

The Rams will travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers in what should be a fantastic matchup for Kupp. Pittsburgh has historically struggled with slot receivers, especially ones who can make plays down the field. Look for the Steelers to blitz Jared Goff heavily in Week 10 and for Kupp to be the first read. Expect Kupp to see double-digit targets on Sunday.

Best Week 10 DFS TE

Titans TE Delanie Walker ($3,700 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Tennessee Titans vs. Kansas City Chiefs

NFL Week 10 DFS Picks: Why We Love QB Kyler Murray This Week 2

If you are going to fade the top tight ends in Week 10 (Travis Kelce, Evan Engram and Austin Hooper), one of my favorite "cheap" plays is Delanie Walker of the Tennessee Titans.

While Walker missed the team's Week 9 game against the Panthers, he is expected to return this week and could be in for a big game. Kansas City has allowed the 10th-most points to opposing tight ends, and Walker has proven to be a big part of the passing game with Ryan Tannehill under center. Walker is a good bet to see a few red-zone targets and could score multiple touchdowns at home in Week 10.

If Walker can't go, consider playing Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard, who returns to the starting lineup for the first time since Week 6. He will face a Cardinals defense that is allowing the most fantasy points to opposing tight ends.

Best Week 10 DFS Flex

Cardinals WR Christian Kirk ($5,200 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Indianapolis Colts

If you are going to play Kyler Murray this week, you might as well stack him with his favorite receiver, Christian Kirk. While Kirk didn't produce in Week 9 (two receptions for five yards), he was on the field for 55 of the team's 57 snaps. Against the 49ers' incredible defense, he just wasn't able to make much of an impact.
