Week 5 proved to be another wild week in the NFL with a game being postponed and another moved to Tuesday Night Football. Week 6 looks to be another crazy week with a double-header on Monday: Bills-Chiefs at 5 p.m. ET and Cardinals-Cowboys for a nightcap. To help you find success in DFS in Week 6, here are our best plays for Sunday, with prices from DraftKings.

Best Week 6 DFS QB

Lions QB Matthew Stafford ($6,300 on DraftKings)

Matchup: Lions at Jaguars

Coming off a Week 5 bye, the Lions will take on the Jaguars, who have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Their defense is young and suddenly has a bunch of key injuries in the secondary. The Jaguars have allowed at least 30 points in four straight games and have given up 991 total yards over the past two weeks combined.

Matthew Stafford has yet to have a monster game this season as he hasn't thrown for 300 yards in a single contest. However, with his full group of receivers back and a shaky secondary on the other side of the ball, this is setting up to be his best game of the 2020 season. Stafford should easily throw for 250 or more yards this week and look for him and his receivers to reach the end zone at least twice. Consider Stafford a lock to score over 22 points this week on DraftKings.

Best Week 6 DFS RB

Colts RB Jonathan Taylor ($6,400)

Matchup: Bengals at Colts

Finding a good running back play during the Sunday slate of games is going to be a challenge this week with a few teams on bye and multiple Monday Night Football games. There are also injuries to Christian McCaffrey, Dalvin Cook and Nick Chubb, making things even harder for DFS players.

That is why Jonathan Taylor of the Colts is a strong play in Week 6. He will face a Bengals defense that just lost nose tackle D.J. Reader to an injury and has already had problems stopping the run. Taylor continues to be the Colts' workhorse back and has scored a touchdown in three of the past four games. If Indianapolis jumps out to an early lead, look for them to lean on their star running back and for the rookie to see upwards of 20 touches.

Best Week 6 DFS WR

Vikings WR Adam Thielen

Matchup: Falcons at Vikings

Without looking, can you name who currently leads the NFL in touchdown receptions? As you can probably guess, Adam Thielen (along with Mike Evans) has six touchdowns through five games. While Thielen is never the most "fun" play in DFS, all he does is produce. Over the last two weeks, he has been targeted 23 times and has caught 17 passes for 194 yards and three touchdowns. When you add in his rushing totals, he is over 200 total yards and has scored 29 DFS points in back-to-back weeks.

In Week 6, he will face a Falcons defense that is allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing receivers. Even worse, they are giving up over 32.2 points per game. Now that Dan Quinn has been fired as Atlanta’s coach, don't be shocked if the defense gives up even more points. This game should be one of the highest-scoring contests of the week, and Thielen is again a good bet to see double-digit targets. Expect him to surpass 100 total yards and find the end zone at least once against this porous Falcons’ secondary.

Best Week 6 DFS TE

Browns TE Austin Hooper ($3,900)

Matchup: Browns at Steelers

After signing a massive contract this offseason with the Browns, Austin Hooper has been somewhat of a disappointment to start the season. But he trended upward over the last few weeks and saw a season-high 10 targets against the Colts.

In Week 6, his price is at an all-time low of just $3,900. However, Hooper presents some value as a potential option in the red zone. If he can see close to the same amount of work as he has over the past two weeks, Hooper is a strong bet to outplay his price tag. Look for Hooper to catch five to six passes against the Pittsburgh defense and see a few end zone targets, as well. Check out latest Browns vs Steelers betting odds.

Best Week 6 DFS FLEX

Lions WR Kenny Golladay ($6,200)

Matchup: Lions at Jaguars

If you start Stafford at quarterback this week in DFS, you would be wise to stack him with his top receiver, Kenny Golladay. After missing the first two weeks with a hamstring injury, Golladay was effective in Week 3 and 4, catching 10 passes for 119 yards and two touchdowns in the two games combined. He didn't look 100 percent healthy, but he saw consistent action in this Lions offense.

Golladay is coming off of a much-needed Week 5 bye and should be close to fully healthy. Facing a Jacksonville secondary that has been shredded over the past few weeks, Golladay should have no problem against any defensive back in one-on-one coverage. Look for the Pro Bowl receiver to see upwards of 10 targets and to be Stafford’s No. 1 target in the red zone. Golladay is a great bet to score at least one touchdown in this game and should approach 100 receiving yards. Find a way to get him into your DFS lineup this week.
