Scottie Scheffler is the new Masters champion after another thrilling week at Augusta National. But there’s no time to step back and reflect in the middle of the golf betting season, with another strong field gathered this week for the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links.

This annual Hilton Head stop is a favorite among many pros, who get to kick back and relax a bit – unlike last week, they won’t have to worry about wearing their hat in the clubhouse or bringing their cell phones out on the course.

Kevin Streelman Top-10 Finish

Odds: +750 at DraftKings

Streelman is still getting the job done at age 43, with four top-25 finishes in his last five starts – including a T-7 at the Valspar Championship. This is a similar test and it’s no surprise Streelman has played well here over the years, including three top-10s overall and two top-10s in his last four appearances.

Streelman is the fourth-most accurate driver on Tour, he knows the course inside and out and he’s been playing with consistently strong results over the past six weeks. We’re on Streelman top-10 finish with +750 odds at DraftKings.

2022 RBC Heritage Betting Tips

The gameplan is pretty simple this week – hit it straight, then keep hitting it straight.

This is one of the old-school layouts that’s been in the Tour rotation for more than 50 years, and it’s much different than most courses these guys see all year. Harbour Town Golf Links is notoriously tight and tree-lined, which means the shorter hitters who place an emphasis on accuracy actually have a decent chance this week.

Age isn’t nearly as big a factor this week – Stewart Cink won it last year at 47. Big misses off the tee are punished severely, a foreign concept for many young players on Tour used to implementing bomb-and-gouge pretty much wherever they tee it up.

Total driving and accuracy are big stats this week, as is Strokes Gained Around the Green. These are relatively tiny greens and wedge play needs to be on point.
