Thanks to the state of New Jersey recently legalizing sports betting, which has obviously led to a boom in the arrival of land-based sportsbooks, the region’s betting hub – Atlantic City, New Jersey – is already greatly benefiting. Not to be forgotten, however, betting on sports online has certainly helped increase revenue in both Atlantic City and New Jersey as a whole as well.

As a result, Resort Digital Gaming LLC is already taking things to the next level by launching an online sportsbook in New Jersey, effective on January 31st. Via press release, owner of EAGC and Resort Digital Gaming’s lead consultant Ed Andrewes:

"Ahead of what promises to be an enthralling Big Game, and with March Madness just around the bend, there's never been a better time to get in on the sports betting action.”

Such a launch will allow sports bettors to place online bets from either their computer or mobile device through ResortsCasino.com. In addition to offering some rare betting options, even for the state of New Jersey, the latest outlet will be allowing bettors to place legal online wagers on a wide variety of sporting events, a list that includes wagering on the four major North American professional sports (MLB betting, NBA betting, NFL betting and NHL betting), as well as college basketball and college football betting.

It is also worth mentioning that this new online option is powered by SBTech while the system will notably allow sports bettors to play casino-style games online with just one account giving them full access. New Jersey-based users can bet on sports, play table games and even utilize slots machines all under the same umbrella upon logging in. On the other hand, if you’re an existing casino-based user on the site, there is absolutely no need to even create a new account for sports-related wagers.

"We've designed a sportsbook platform that's easy to use, comprehensive in terms of betting types, and ideal for those who are familiar with sports betting and those who are new to the game,” Andrewes continued. “To cap it all our casino players can bet straight from their existing accounts."

According to PRNNewswire, Resorts Digital Gaming will now have online betting options that include “pre-game and in-game odds, plus a variety of bet types including singles, combo bets, system bets, parlay boosters, teasers, and more.” Not only that, but Resorts Digital Gaming will be looking to entice bettors with a slew of noteworthy initial offers.

The site’s “Bet and Get” incentive will let first-time sports bettors receive a match bonus of up to $250 while a bettor that hits on a five-way (or larger) parlay will encounter an escalator that adds an additional bonus of up to 60 percent on top of the parlay winnings.
