The main event features the BMF title on the line in a rematch between lightweights Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira, plus there are 12 fights on the undercard. UFC 326 Main Event Best Bet

Max Holloway (-230) vs. Charles Oliveira (+175)

The main event of UFC 326 is a BMF title fight between lightweights Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira. This fight is a rematch of their 2015 bout, which Holloway won via injury TKO. In this rematch, I see Holloway once again winning, this time with a clean knockout as a -230 favorite.

Holloway is 34, and he is 23-8 in the UFC. The American made his UFC debut in 2012, and in the 15 years since then, he has proven to be one of the best mixed martial artists on the planet. He is the former longtime UFC featherweight champion, and he is currently the BMF champion. Holloway has defeated a who’s who of MMA royalty over the years, including Jose Aldo, Frankie Edgar, Justin Gaethje, Dustin Poirier, and Oliveira, whom he beat 11 years ago. Holloway is an amazing talent who is one of the most skilled strikers in any weight class, plus he has an iron chin, amazing cardio, and an underrated ground game. He has won four of his last five fights, and if Holloway can beat Oliveira in this bout, he could be next in line for a lightweight title shot.

Oliveira is 36, and he is 24-11, 1 NC in the UFC. The Brazilian is the former UFC lightweight champion, and he is one of the most devastating finishers in the sport’s history, having won 21 fights by stoppage in the UFC. He has one of the best submission games of all time, and he has developed his knockout power in the latter half of his career. When it’s all said and done, Oliveira will be in the UFC Hall of Fame. That being said, the biggest problem during Oliveira’s career has been his lack of durability, as he’s been finished nine times in the Octagon. He is no doubt one of the most dangerous fighters to ever step into the cage, but he’s a much better hammer than he is a nail, and that could lead to him being finished once again in this bout.

Holloway is a significantly better striker, and he should be able to keep this fight standing and piece apart Oliveira with strikes before finishing him by TKO. Take Holloway to win as a -230 favorite, and consider taking him by knockout for a prop bet, as a finish seems likely here.

We have a middleweight rematch between Gregory Rodrigues and Brunno Ferreira. In 2023, Ferreira pulled off a major upset when he knocked Rodrigues out in the first round. This time around, I see Rodrigues getting revenge and knocking Ferreira out as a -198 favorite.

Rodrigues is 34, and he is 9-3 in the UFC. The Brazilian is one of the most exciting middleweights on the UFC roster, as he’s finished six fights in the Octagon by knockout, winning five bonuses in the process. He has serious knockout power, and he also has an underrated ground game. His chin, however, is questionable, as Rodrigues has been knocked out multiple times during his career, including against Ferreira the first time they fought three years ago. That being said, he has won five of his last six fights overall since their first meeting in 2023.

Ferreira is 33, and he is 6-2 in the UFC. The Brazilian has also had a terrific run inside the Octagon as he’s finished five of his fights, with three knockouts and two submissions, showing dangerous skills both on the feet and on the mat. He has also been finished in both of his losses, so his durability is a bit of a concern. He is very talented, but perhaps not as much as Rodrigues, and he will be looking to prove in this rematch that the first fight wasn’t a fluke.

Although Ferreira shocked the world the first time around, I think Rodrigues is a better overall fighter, and I believe he will win this rematch. Take Rodrigues to win as a -198 favorite, and look for him to return the favor with a TKO win over Ferreira in this second meeting between the two.

Luke Fernandez (-230) vs. Rodolfo Bellato (+190)

In a light heavyweight bout, Luke Hernandez fights Rodolfo Bellato. Hernandez is a -230 favorite, and I believe he impressively wins his UFC debut.

Fernandez is 30, and he is making his UFC debut. The American is undefeated so far in his MMA career at 6-0 with five knockout wins, including a 15-second KO win on Dana White’s Contender Series that earned him a UFC contract. His knockout power is legit, and he has also competed in some grappling competitions, so he is a well-rounded mixed martial artist. He is still unproven at the UFC level, but so far, I’ve liked everything I’ve seen from Fernandez.

Bellato is 30, and he is 1-1-1, 1 NC in the UFC. The Brazilian has had an odd UFC career so far, winning his first fight by knockout but then going winless in his last three outings. He does have some knockout power, but he doesn’t have a good chin, his cardio is questionable, and his overall toughness is a bit questionable, as he has seemed to want out of fights during his career. He has more UFC experience than Fernandez, but that might not make a difference.

Bellato has not been impressing me lately, while I think Fernandez is a great addition to the UFC light heavyweight division. His power is real, and I think he has what it takes to knock Bellato out. Take Hernandez to win as a -230 favorite, and look for him to win by TKO.
