Not a huge amount can be read into the odds at this very early stage, given the season is only in its infancy, but it's worth noting that the first casualty last year came in early September when Nuno Espirito Santo was sacked by Nottingham Forest.

The current favourites to leave first are Oliver Glasner and Roberto De Zerbi, who oversaw opening-weekend defeats. It had been Hull manager Sergej Jakirovic before a ball was kicked as little is expected of the Tigers this season, as evidenced by the fact they have the shortest Premier League relegation odds. However, they shocked Manchester United in the season opener, and Jakirovic has probably garnered more than enough goodwill to survive even a terrible start considering he led the team to promotion in his first season.

Elsewhere, the challenge for European spots puts the pressure on managers to perform, which could leave some vulnerable when searching the odds at the best new betting sites.

Indeed, last season saw Ruben Amorim depart Manchester United and Enzo Maresca leave Chelsea within a few days of each other in January, with the latter's replacement - Liam Rosenior - not doing enough to even see out the season. Two Promoted Managers Amongst Favourites

Trustly betting sites believed a couple of managers could be in a spot of bother if their teams didn't start the season well. Sergej Jakirovic was the initial favourite but Hull have won two and drawn two to open the campaign, meaning his odds got longer fast.

Inexperienced Arbeloa and Sage Under Pressure

Most £5 deposit betting sites have a pair of fairly inexperienced managers near the top of the betting market, at least to begin with. Those are Alvaro Arbeloa and Pierre Sage.

Arbeloa took the vacant Fulham job this summer after a brief yet inauspicious tenure at Real Madrid. That's not to say he can't do great things in England, of course, but it's been a testing summer for Crystal Palace after selling Maxence Lacroix and Daniel Munoz. Sage's only win so far came at Fulham, with three of the other four games ending in defeat.

Big Changes for the Big Six
